I keep getting a call from this number from a Miss. Gilmore on a pending legal matter.  Who is this?

a lady called my mother in law and said i gave her number to get in touch with me. stated her name was "holden" and to call her back.  i called just to find out the name of the company and the man who answered was quickly saying the company name so i asked him to repeat it several times he became rude and i asked what kind of company they were he would only say that they "handle claims" when asked what kind of claims he says " i dont know what kind it is for you. i am not psychic. i need your name and address first"   Yes i quickly slammed the phone on him. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER

Is this legal.....i got the same message from a neighbor whom I do not even know the neighbors name....to call a Mrs.Holden at 904-672-1819......Area code looked weird.....I couldn't understand how a neighbor who we don't associate or know would be asked to give me this message....its crap to me.....Can I do anything leggally against them?   Thank You .....

OMG !!!! My neighbor who lives across the street from me.....whom I don't even know her first name, sent her grandaughter over here today with that number 904-672-1819 Mrs. Holden..... Off course, I am not going to call a strange number from a neighbor who I barely even know...... This is BS......Is this legal, cuz it sure is pissing me off now !!!!!!! Ty .....

Same scenario.  My neighbor delivered the phone number.  I did not call.

I was told that a women phoned an ex neighbor of mine from a previous address that I use to stay at and asked if they would leave me a message on my MAILBOX for me to contact a Mr. Stern. Then I did a reverse look up of the number and found this site along with others how this has been happening to other people or they are requesting large sums of money from you in order to settle debt and looked to be a scam. I tell you they messed with the the wrong one because I will be contacting the better business bureau and the office of financial regulations because this is taking things to far. I didn't even know this lady it just so happens that was my aunts house so that's how I received the message. This IS totally illegal and they will pay for the harassment.

This # is for Harper Associates they are a law office that bill collectors use to take you to court.  Don't call it back unless you are ready to go to court for unpaid bills.  These people are complete b*****ds they called a neighbor two houses down from me that i dont even know and gave them my name and address and told them to contact me for something very important. That should be illegal!! Giving some stranger my name and address.  When i called they were very rude. Do not call these b*****ds!!!!!!!!
