I just got a phone call from this number; they called at least 10 times and said there was a legal case against my name and social security number. They said I had a pay day loan of $600 from 2010 that had not been paid. I asked for legal documentation and they said there were no legal documents, gave an email address where paperwork was sent to. It was my email they were reading.  Also said money had been deposited into my acct at my bank and they gave the name.  I have not used that bank in over 2 years and that acct is closed.  Dont give out any information to these people.  This is a  scam and his name was David Jones and he sounded like he was from India.  Had me to the point of tears.

This number has called me on my cell and work number asked them question about the pay day loan they dont have a lot of information is treating me that I would go to jail if I dont not pay with blue dot or green dot card or I can pay by western union. This men our Arabic or Hidu its a scam call center all you can do is report them and dont answer their call and let you employer know that this person and company is a scam and dont  give out any information to a so call David Jones from FCD company.

Caller is a scam artist using our business to try and collect from our employees.

i am receiving messages from this number 904-672-8890, stating that he is from the financial grand legal department.  his name is  David Johnson, i told him to stop callilng me at my place of employment.  he ask if i had a cell phone he gave me his number and said that he will be waiting for me to call him

I received a threatening call from 904-672-8890 from a person calling himself David Johnson, but he sounds Arabic, which means to me its a fake name!!! I dont know how he got MY number!! He is harrassing me! He also threatened to call my job if I dont return his call!!! He also stated he will be forced to download a lawsuit
against me if i dont call him!  I hope he reads this!!! STOP CALLING ME!!! SCUM of the earth!!!!

this person is calling and i told him i will let him speak with my lawyer and i gave my lawyer his number no andy jones or david johnson exist they keep calling my number and our calls are monitored so the next step is to give it to the police.

This guy name Andy jones keep in calling my home and work number saying that I own them money and that an it's been annoying , I have paid this about last time I was folded by it and they keep on calling

You should contact the vendor who supplies your phone service. Good luck with that. Carriers make lots of money from the phone traffic generated by telescammers, and that's far more important to them than public safety OR ANYTHING ELSE.

WE ARE RECEIVING NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS DAILY, OVER 100 PER HOUR, FOR 5-7 HOURS PER DAY. THIS IS A POLICE/EMERGENCY DISPATCH OFFICE AND CANNOT KEEP RECEIVING CALLS FROM THIS PERSON/COMPANY AND WANT TO REPORT THEM FOR ABUSE OF THE EMERGENCY PHONE SYSTEM.

In the mean time, I spoke to one of my workers and he told us that the same guy is calling him telling him he owes him money. He has been getting calls in the middle of the night and all hours.
The officer  came out and he even answered the phone told the guy to stop calling. Immediately after the officer spoke to him the caller started calling from many different numbers.
After the Officer left, the caller left a message threatening that he's going call me until we no longer have a business.
I called my phone company to block the number.but he is calling from many numbers.

Caller called more than a few times. When my wife called back person said that I had outstanding debt and needed my SS# to confirm. I called from my cell (using *67) and engaged person in discussion. He claimed his name was Andy Jones but would not say what company he represented. When I asked where he was he said "California." When I asked what county in California he hung up.

I have been harassed by the person calling from the number 904-672-8890. He has made threats to me and also my co-workers and family.

So to sum it up, take personal responsibility, defend yourself and prove to those scammers that you are a real man, good I like that. The callers are cowards of nature. Don't get bothered by them. Block their numbers, and pray that they rot slowly.

U have to b careful. The police cant do a thing, the FTC cant do a thing u have to protect urself. That is the only way.

I am receiving call from a Andy Jones from a Financial Crime Deparmtnet and he states that I owe his company $600.00 for a payday loan.  I contact my bank and they indicated that a deposit was not made from this company and I am sure that I have not delt with this company.  I ask Mr. Jones to provide proof and they cannot provide information.  They wanted to make arrangement of $200.00 to be sent western union to pay on the account in three payment. I do not owe these people.  Also, today they have called my cell off the hook and called my job about 6 times todays and do not leave a message on my phone but there phone number is showing. What can I do to stop these harrassing and embarrasing calls. I do not owe this company.

I have been receiving these calls from the same number. They use Magic Jack as there device for making such calls. These guys are pros and talk in hindi as well. I suggest everyone to urge magic jack to shut this number off.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

They called me talking about I owe someone some $$,  but they couldn't tell me who I owe, when I made the debt, and they said they couldn't send me any documentation at all. Total scam!'m
