if you did work with me, you would know I was the highest paid collector A.R.M EVER had. I made over $60,000 a year working there. So to say I borrowed anything is a complete lie. And to say I didn't shower, haha ok sure. That is just something to say when you have nothing legit to say about someone.

You probably was fired, or quit before you were fired cause you weren't any good at your job.

That was me, and I can assure you that is NOT how the conversation would have went. If you are going to complain about bill collectors, or anyone for that matter, please state facts and not what you think will make people sympathize with you and feel sorry for you.

Look, you took out a payday advance cause you were in a time of need. I get that. That is what it was there for. However these are SHORT term loans. So, you had some idea that you weren't going to be able to pay it back on time. And if you didn't, then you didn't think it through before doing so and that is also your fault.

Then you are sent to collections. Making payments is fine. However if I told you I wouldn't take your small payments any longer it was because you either stopped making payments or only sent what you wanted when you wanted without having an agreement.  

I understand going into debt, falling behind on bills, etc. Its life and most of us will have to deal with it at some point. I have myself. But to go around blaming bill collectors is just ignorant.

Are they the reason you are in debt? No
Do they owe you money? No.
The end result is, you pay the bill. Which is good for the person you owe AND GOOD FOR YOU!.

If you loaned someone $500 and they said they would pay you in 2 weeks and they didn't, please tell me just how happy you would be to "work with them" if they were just sending what they wanted and were full of excuses?

Left message about a debt. I'm not the person they are seeking. Said I needed to call back. LMAO. I don't need to call back anyone just because they say so. In the past, I've told them to send me a letter so I can give it to my attorney. They've yet to send me a letter. They are wasting their time.

called my home number asking me questions about my neighbor and i hung up on them..very weird..!

They are ARM - They are suppose to be legiate. So if they call with threats here is a number that will help you bring a law suit against them Lemberg & Associates 1-877-775-3666. I am paying a payday loan to them.  But they have been nice so far. If they ever go againstt FTC.  I will stop paying in a heart beat and bring lawsuit against them and get my money back.  They will call from various numbers that are in your location to get you to answer the phone. 1-877-726-8505 is one of their numbers also.  I wish I would have never took out a loan  These people worry the H____! out of you.

A female left message stating that it is very important and I need to call them today. Never identified themselves, never stated why the call was important, and left the message in the rudest tone.

Leaves threatening messages, no company name, and repeatedly calls at work.  I left a voice mail in the number that was provided and told them I would pursue for harrassment charges if they do not contact me at home and/or in writing

Ms. James... Tonya James....keeps calling, office phone, cell phone, cell phone, office phone, back to back to back to back to back to back..... I would gladly call back, but my attitude isn't the best today and I would hate to have to curse someone out....I'm sure that it is about a pay day loan but damn, do you have to be so rude?  It will get you nowhere with me because I have the same rude tendencies... I just keep it down a notch.

Called an office my company manages and asked for the HR dept.Told them co. does not have HR dept. so she wanted payroll.  I asked how I could help, she wanted fax number in regards to any wage garnishment that may result.  I asked who the employee was.  Of course, I am not paid by this office so I told her the person she was requesting was not employed here.  She hung up.  She had to the receptionist she was calling from Accounts Receivable Management in FL.  I have never received a call at home from this number ( I keep all numbers and letters) nor have I received written communication.  How can they call my job and wanted info to garnish my wages?

Yeah, some guy claiming to be "Victor Scott 904-726-8505 Ext 204" called yesterday & left a message about a "very important business matter" on his desk, left his time, (Eastern time), and said I had one hour to return his call, (but didn't bother to include the "or else").

ARM collection agency.  very rude.  Multiple calls with only seconds apart on my cell phone.  Total violates FDCPA regulations.

called me again this morning and said for me or my legal rep to return their call they never say who they are. but i know they are not suppose to threaten legal action. texas is not a debtors state and if it is over a payday loan or something like that oh well they need to identify themselves.  i don't know who they are either

Just missed a call from this number so I looked it up before calling it back. After reading the comments on here I have to believe this is a scam company. I have never taken out a pay day loan in my life and I don't have any other outstanding debts that would be in collections either. I wouldn't pay them anything if I were any of you...

you see people if you protect yourself like this person did. BUT BUT BUT THAT does not give you the right to not pay your bills remeber that

they are NOT authorized to contact your hr dept. they do not have the permission from the client to verify your employmnt. this is a scare tactic. these people r dumb all you have to do is show respect to a debtor and 90% of the time they will pay the most they can a mnth what is wrong with this industry. anywayz if they call your hr have them opull the recording from YOUR job and file it with the bbb of florida and the federal trade commission all can be done online

listen dont be bullied by these people, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO is tell them you wont pay but say it mean and then sit back and record the call. easiest way to do this is :   act like your about to pay the bill give them part of your acct info (make it up if you want to ) then hu on them. if they call you back they broke tha law. get a copy of the call through phone records file bbb and ftc complain then fax them over info and you win 10k and no bill to pay have fun :)

I keep receiving calls from this number.  I do have an outstanding payday loan but I have made arrangements with them directly.  I asked them if they deal with ARM and they told me no and for me to not give them any information.  They also told me to contact FTC and give them their phone number and information.

hello mt husband gets message daily at work but when we ask to speak to supervisor they say none.they are trying to be fraud
