Rude Saleswoman asking for owner and pretending to have previous conversations with him.  Usually calling from "PRIVATE CALLER", but accidentally called from 904-727-0941 Center USA Security without blocking it.  Now we know who they are.

Our business has been receiving multiple calls from Teresa at "The Security Center" as she calls it, as well. The caller asks for the owner of the business by name and pretends that she knows/has business with him. When I try to find out the nature of the call, she says it's regarding his home security and refuses to give more info. She tries to get his cell phone number from me. Once she realizes she isn't getting anywhere, she hangs up on me, only to call back again the next day. The is rude, aggressive, and this type of marketing strategy is outrageous. I searched further and found that this company is called Security Center USA, based in Jacksonville, FL. Their main number is 904-727-5000. The number on my caller ID says "Security Center" and is 904-727-0941. They already have a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau for this exact issue, and the company's response is that it has been resolved. Apparently not, because the complaint was filed in 2013, and this is still going on in 2014. Links to the company's website and the BBB complaint are below.

old Vicky is at it again.  Calling looking for the owner.  Caller ID says "Security Center".  Quizzed her a bit.  Said it was a personal call then said it was about our security equipment.  Really?  Played with her til I got bored.  Scammers aren't our security people and never will be!  

"Vicky" from "your security company" has called several times to talk to our owner. When I explain that we are seeing patients, she asks when a good time to call back is. I explained that there really isn't a good time, that the best way to speak with the owner is to leave a call back number. She left the number (begrudgingly) and said she's calling from the security company and it's important she speaks to him. The call back number is 904-727-5000. It's a security company called Security Center that we do not have any business with. Obviously just trying to sell us something. I don't have time for this and she is tying up our phone lines...

Received a call from Center USA Security, extremely pushy, said he wanted to ask owner about a DVR to see if it was a 6 or 8 channel. He insisted on getting the owner's  cell number!! I refused and again he kept insisting & insisiting & insisting!!!! I called the number back & told them I didn't appreciate the call at all!!! He was rude!

Multiple calls form 904-727-0941, caller ID'd as "Security Center" I have never picked up, just let my answering tape play. But it's getting tiresome.

Caller would not identify herself, very rude, just kept asking for the owner, caller id shows center usa sec.  Claimed to have a complaint.  Ended up hanging up on me.

The person called asking for the owner of the business. He stated his name was Brent and that he left the owner's cell phone number if we could give it to him when I said no he started to get upset. I offered him to leave a message and refused.

7/27/09 - Moron keeps calling self identifying as `Security' and asking for owner by name (purchased info from scammer?). Believed to be sales call involving deceptive practices based in Jacksonville, FL (telemarketing sweatshop?).  Any valid info should be reported to the Attorney General's Office in your state, the FTC, FBI, etc.

Have received multiple calls from 904-727-0941 Caller ID Security Center.  First time, woman said her name was Teresa asking for John.  We have 2 so I named both of their last names.  She picked the first one.  I wouldn't let her talk to either of them.  Then from same #, got a call from a woman named Kennedy.  Same thing, asked for John, picked the first one I named.  I said, "Please take us off of your list" and hung up.  She called back and was very rude saying that I hung up on her.  She said it was not a sales call, that it was a personal matter and asked if I was his wife.  I'm his assistant and told her that he wouldn't be in all week.  I can't find anything else out about them.

I got a call from 904-727-0941 Caller ID Security Center.  She said her name was Micky, wanted to talk to David.  When asked pertaining to what because more than one business operates from here she said that it was a personal matter.  Again I asked the purpose of her call, again she said that she didn't know if she neede retail or something else.  I hung up on her.

also got a call from this number.  she said her name is Alisha. want to speak to owner.  i hung up on her twice.  1min later a guy call asking for samething.  BullSh!t company trying to get you to buy something.

I've gotten calls from this VERY pushy woman before. This time she says her name is Mia.  Came up on caller ID as Security Center. She has called before and said she is from the court house.  Very rude. She asks for the owner of the business and won't state why she is calling.

Give yourself the pleasure of hanging up on her.

Same thing here.  I could find no additional info on them.  Calls to that number now won't go through.

Got a call and hangup from 904-727-5082, followed later by a call from this number.   See the report for x5082.  This caller was the same:  pushy, asking questions, asking for owner, asking my name, etc.   Hung up on caller when I recognized the similarity.
