They called today, I don't answer numbers I don't know, they didn't leave a message

my cell and my husands cell keeps getting this unknown number calling.  i saw these posts when i tried looking up who it is. we have nothing in collections if it's a collection agency and never have our entire lives.  we're older and this is harrassing at this point.  we tried calling it back to tell them they have the wrong number but there's never anyone there.   HELP

Hey, genius..... you most likely work for this POS company.  You're a complete idiot and a troll and should go back to the phone lines because the next time your company calls my house, it's going to be recorded because we DO NOT have anything in collections and never have.  Next time your POS company calls us it's going to be recorded (you will be told such the minute we answer the phone), that recording will be downloaded and sent off the my State Attorney General's office, as well as FL's State Attorney General's office and the FTC.  Oh, and we've retained an attorney and will be initiating a class action lawsuit, seems a lot of people who post here have had their rights VIOLATED by your company.

NCC Business Services - small debt collection agency. If you don't think you owe a debt, talk to them, straighten it out. If you do owe - pay up - you dead beat - or it will be put on your credit report. Many times people forget or don't even know they are responsible for some outstanding debt.

The ph # 904-733-3033 is used by NCC Business Services in Jacksonville, Florida, a collection agency with a reputation of persistant and nuisance telephone calls during daytime business hours. In the evening hours, it uses the phone number 888-880-6020. A "Mark Tomlin" called my mother's house in Texas last night with the 1-888 so I reported it to www.telepest.com

asking for someone that is not associated with my number. I have had this number for many many years so no one should be calling and asking for someone else.

I keep getting calls from this number with an automated voice asking for a name that doesn't live here.  It gives you options to choose if it's the person or not, but it doesn't take the option.

So these idiots called me at 9:30am EST today at which point I did not answer. I then called back from a different number to find out who it was. Some NCC Debt Collection or something? No idea why they would be calling me, I've never been late on a payment for anything in my entire life nor have I ever borrowed any money.

So some lady picks up and I ask why you are calling and not leaving a message, she asks for the number she called, I refused to give it to her and she refused to tell me why they "would have been calling". At which point she hung up on me.

In my opinion these people are liars and stabbing in the dark in hopes of screwing someone out of money.

They said the same thing to me. Asked for social security number and birthday to "find out" what the phone call was about. When he refused to tell me, I hung up. Dont respond to these people. They are super shady. I have no debts outstanding and nothing is on my credit report.  I was expecting a call or I would have never answered. They have been calling and or sending bull s**t letters for over 2 years.

I've had this number calling me for months. I never answer the phone to a number I don't recognize, google those numbers afterward. If a page like this comes up, I know I was right in not answering. I won't even set my voicemail up on my new phone because of these numbers.

Didn't answer, but they left a voice mail.   Listened to it and its for my sister in law, who doesn't even have the same last name as me.   My guess it's one my mother in Law must have co-signed for.

I received a phone call from the same. When I asked what the call was regarding she said "personal business". Lady was very rude, I will let u know if they are harassing.

RECIEVE CALL WHEN ANSWERED THEY HANGUP

They have 5 days after fist contact to send notice containing the amount, their company name and address and your rights.  Then you have 30 days to dispute and ask for validation.  After they receive the dispute they cannot continue collection until they provide it.

Back that up with a demand letter for debt verification VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. By law they have five days to respond. If they don't and continue calling, you can sue them.

they called me yesterday asking me for my  last 4 digit of my ssn and the date of birth, told them i don't feel comfortable to give them anything and then they said, how we have ur info I said anybody can get it on internet... sent me a letter  and I hang up

They keep calling me, and NEVER leave a message. I don't answer calls from numbers I do not recognize.

I have been called over and over for the past year. I would block their number and they would call with another number from different area codes from across the US.

I've noticed that since they have been calling me, I have been called by a lot of scamming phone numbers saying college scholarships, interest rates and so on. They call me from 8 am til 9 pm between 3 to 7 times a day, leaving no message or if they do, its just heavy breathing or typing sounds. It is getting very frustrating and down right harassing me. They never say if I'm in debt with someone, who it is or how much.

Received a call just now from the 904 number, automated person (robot voice) said "this is an important call for..." and then the call disconnected on their end.  Call came in exactly at 9:00 AM

they called asking if i was related to someone that was supposely in their office back in dec. i doubt this because i have a very usual last name and they are only 14 of us in the U.S.

I just got a call from this number and I knew who it was, from past phone conversations.  They have called my house sporatically for different names.  I have finally come to the realization that they are going through FB pages and finding out names of people associated with the person.  They are contacting people on their friend's list and bugging the hell out of them.  At least that's been my experience.

This is a collection agency that my old Apartment Complex sent my leasing balance to. I guess they collect on diff types of debts, but I can at least say in this case it's legit for me. I am disputing my bill since the Apartment Complex sent my bill to my old address rather then my forwarding address. They claim I didn't leave them a forwarding address. Seriously Einsteins? I didn't skip out on them so they need to re-check their records!!

Just called me and no reply, breathing loudly on the phone... WTH!!
