Received a call from this number but they didn't leave a message. I called them back and heard, "Thank you for calling Cigna, this is Bill. How can I help you?" When I said, "I'm sorry. Who did I reach?" he hung up on me. I work as a therapist and bill insurance to Cigna but I've never had a situation where they call me and don't leave a message. Or when I ask them to repeat themselves, they never hang up. Don't believe this was a legit call. If so, they will call back.

Asked for a person that does not live here and refused to believe me when I said so. So I took the message and placed it in the circular file. Anyway, the message information is that someone needs to call Raven Hodges, Fraud Dept. of Check Investigation at 904-900-1359 EXT 216 with their case number. My caller ID showed State of TX, but the call originates from Florida. Interesting. BTW, she did say to tell the person she was looking for tht she was not in trouble; they were just giving her a chance to tell her side of the story,

Its a scam.... its advanced check processing. they will tell you that you will be arrested for a debt you may or may not owe... contact the FTC. or your state and florida attorney general

Lady said she was in the fraud department and I was under investigation in reference to some place called ez corp. She said if I didn't pay them $2800 today they were going to file felony charges against me.

THEY CALLED ME TODAY FROM 904-738-7547, 904-683-7964, 904-683-9334.
LOOKING FOR MY DEAD GRANDFATHER, THAT HAS BEEN DEAD SINCE 1994.
I DID NOT ANSWER BUT MY UNCLE WHO WORKS FOR FBI SAID IT IS A SCAM

This number keeps calling and leaving me voice messages about looking for a person, who i guess is running from investigators. When i hung up on her because i have no idea what is going on, she called and left me another voice message threatening me if i hung up again, she would put me under investigation as well.
