This company calls TWICE A DAY with a recorded call saying they want to lower my credit card rates.  They are telemarketers located in Florida who hang up when you complain to their representative.  Most annoying telemarketers ever - they apparently use autodial and NEVER give up.  This has been going on for months.

Often the caller ID only shows "out of area."

This company calls me almost daily.  The number coming up on my caller ID is 305-000-4575 and only shows as 'Florida'.  They are extremely rude and hang up every time I try to get removed from their calling list.  They are not professional at all and I do believe this is a scam to get credit card numbers. There has got to be something that can be done to stop these people!!! I have reported them to the donotcall.gov complaint line but nothing ever gets done.

It's not actually Account Services, Inc. that's making the calls.  That's a bookkeeping company based in Seattle.  It's also not Client Services, Inc. who rings up with a different number making the exact same calls.  Here's a list of who it IS making these calls: http://heatherwithaccountservices.com/?p=39  Most of the companies are owned by the same person or small group of people.  They're all using black box call spoofers.  And perhaps not coincidentally the spoofers are using the same pool of businesses and phone numbers as many of the "your auto warranty is about to expire" scam phone calls that are currently under investigation by the US Postal Service and the FCC.  

The calls are SCAMS.  It's great that some people are having fun with the scammers but the way to get the calls to stop is by logging every phone call and the caller ID it rings up as and then hammering your state and US legislators, your mayors, your governors, and your state Attorney Generals with demands to put the services out of business.  It will take time but the longer you wait to press it in front of the government, the longer it will take to put these businesses to bed.  These guys don't CARE about the law and nothing you do is going to scare, pressure, or intimidate them into leaving you alone.

They call at least 2 or 3 times a day with no response.  I work differant hours a day on call 24/7 and don't need the interuptions.

The phone number is a lane line near Jacksonville Florida and they call as if they are from your credit card company. When you dial the number back a message comes on stating number is disconnected. Great racket and the people are NASTY when you ask questions of them. Caller ID comes up Florida. Whatever you do, don't press any numbers they ask you to do. Whoever you are STOP CALLING ME and Damn you too like you said to me!

The are SCUMBAGS from a CO called ACCOUNT SERVICES.
They are OBVIOUSLY SCAMMERS. WHen you try to get info from them they HANG UP ON YOU.
They say they can lower you CC interest rates.

There ARE TONS OF WEB SITES on these scammers: Heather from "Account Services" will get you them.

They just called me and asked me to press 1 to speak to someone regarding my credit card account. When someone came to the line, they asked me if I pressed one to lower my credit card bills, I said no, I pressed one to find out who is calling me and she hung up on me. When you call the number back, it says it is disconnected. I AM on the Do Not Call registry.

I have been getting calls from these people for over 8 months now. I no longer get stressed or annoyed with them now I just toy with them. It has been a great stress reliever TRUST ME. There's nothing I enjoyed more than calling one of the EXTREMELY RUDE reps  a VERY BAD four letter word....what was she going to do, report me? LOL

Once in a while just press "1" to get them on the line, produce a very thick accent so they can't understand you, swear at them, lead them on....It has become a form of entertainment for my family to watch me do it. LOL

very rude company keeps calling even when I have asked them to not call again since I am on the do not call list.  They are obscene and disrespectful.  They claim they are from Cuba and don't know what I am talking about.  They state this is a very important call about my credit card and they have been trying to reach me.  Very annoying!!!!  I tried to file a complaint but the do not call registry is having problems with their web site.  I will keep trying.

I am on the "Do Not Call" list. I am bothered by calls from telephone number 904-768-7753.  My caller ID identifies the number but reads "Florida". They leave no message and when I answer, the calling party hangs up.  This party uses clandestine measures to conceal its identity and this action smacks of criminal intent! The fact that the calls are from "AARP-Hartford Auto Insurance" appears that we AARP members are victims because of a connection to the AARP association. Perhap ALL OF US should DISCONTINUE our memberships since AARP's negative practices outweigh its benefits. Shame on AARP for holding us hostage!

They said they could lower my CC interest rate.  I asked them "on what card"  She said they represent over 500 cards???  I asked the company name and was told "Account Services"  I asked if they understood my number was on the National Do No Call List and was told I was not on their do not call list.  AQince it was obvious I was not buying what she was sell she hung up on me.

Stop the calls please.  I too get them every day with no message because I quit answering weeks ago.  How do we stop these kind of calls as it is not the only one I am getting.  I am getting some where you answer and they don't talk, but wait a few seconds and then they hang up.

Received a call and I pressed 1...when the rep came on the line he stated that he could lower my interest rate. I asked him if this was a credit card company that we currently had and he stated no. I told him "No thank you" and he had a fit. He started saying that I was crazy not to listen to what he had to say that he could save me money. I asked again if he was with a current credit card company that we had and he said that he works with them. I said again "No thank you". Then I hear from him "What ever". I asked him what did he say and he went off about how I was being rude and won't even listen to him. At that point I said that he was being rude and try to ask if this call was being recorded but before I could he said "GO SCREW YOUR SELF" and hung up on me.
I went to the computer to look up the phone number and of course it was unlisted in Jacksonville, FL. I then went to the BBB website with the number and they had no listing for the number. I call the number back and it said that it was disconnected...go figure. I called the BBB and they basically said there was nothing they could do since I did not have a name of the company or a number that was in their directory.
I think my next step will be either calling the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office or a local news station. Maybe something will happen then.
