I've received calls from this number on my cell phone since December. No message is left, caller refuses to identify whatever company is represented. Don't answer this number; it's probably a link to an overseas phishing scam to collect legitimate phone numbers.

I called the number back and I was greeted with a recording. ACTIVE PRIZE CASH HOTLINE. It's a survey they want you to take and you'll be entered to win a cash prize drawing.

I received a call yesterday and today on my cell. I didn't answer either one for I don't answer numbers that I don't know. Each time it went to voice mail but no message was left. Does anyone know who this is?
