they call and hang up told them over and over notr to call  Time to fcc them

If you are receiving these calls , the only way to stop them is to call 904-547-2021.  what is happening is a computer is dialing your number, when you answer you hear a click which makes you think they hung up. but they didn't that click is routing you to a person .  so just call the number here and they will take your number out of their system.  This is a computer call thats why when the phone is answered and you hang up when you hear the click, the computer registers your number and calls you back again and again.  not answering  wont stop it either, but calling and asking them to remove you from their list will.  good luck

You should not have to request they take you off thier call list IF your number is registered at the National Do Not Call registry, and your number (s) have been registered for at lesast 30 days. REPORT them as violators to the FCC AT the Do Not Call registry.

I did some research through sunbiz.org (division of corporations in Florida).  I found the registered owner of Newspaper Sales, INC.  This is free information and anyone can view it.  I also called 904-547-2021 and had my number removed.  She even went as far to tell me that at night time they are trying to collect donations for the Police Benevolent Fund and she was trying to get me to donate.  I politely asked her to remove my number.  If you really want to get back at them here is Richard Levis Jr.(owner and president of Newspaper Sales Inc)  home and business numbers Home # 904-373-0388 and Business # 904-219-7600.  I already pranked him twice today.

I also found that Richard Levis dissolved the company Newspaper Sales Inc and registered a new company called Telsel Inc.  He has a new president named Ira Bellas he lives at 372 Casino Dr. in Farmingdale NJ.  His home phone is 732-938-3196.  Also a women name Tammy Gagnon is the registered agent and live in FL.  I plan on calling him soon too.

This F***ING NUMBER better stop calling me or I am going to the TOP NOTCH FEDERAL INVESTIGATION BUREAU.  ALL THESE NUMBERS ARE SCAMMERS

I have reported this number to the Federal Trade Commission and you all should do the same: 1-877-382-4357. Here is info I found on another web site but the best way to shut this guy down is to get the government on him.

Call's and doesn't leave message. Called # back and message says..not in service.

Have been getting calls from this number (904-810-0900) to my fax line. I finally answered the call today. It was a man calling (who had very "grumbly" speech). He asked for the person who pays the Orange & Rockland energy bill. Told him no one at the number he called has Orange & Rockland. He said "oh" and hung up.  Jeeze - the number he called is on the Do Not Call List.

I also got asked for the person who pays the Orange and Rockland utility bill, it turns out they are trying to get homeowners to switch away from O&R.  She wasn't too thrilled to hear she reached a business but agreed to try having a range of numbers I gave her removed from the system.  I guess that did not work as here it is a week later and they have called me again.

something has got to be done with a holes annoying scamer callers. we sure have a weak non caring gov. what good is the do not call list when these scums do not care about the list and call anyway. this sure is a sad loosing gov. who care only about their own selves and not for the ppl who they represent.

Someone named Sherry anted to speak to person in charge of utility bill to supposedly offer cheaper energy provider. When told her not interested, she hung up.

I'm on the DNC List so I'm not sure why I'm getting this phone call.

They've been calling 4-5 times a day with a pitch for an energy program. I had a guy yell at me when I asked them to stop calling my number.

I called this number and a man answered "marketing". I asked to be put on the do not call list and he said no problem, it will be off by 5 pm. Thanks, let's hope it works!

I got my first call from this number today. when I call back, I get a recording saying the phone is disconnected. On this post I found a different number to call, they answer "Marketing" and I told him to take me off the list. He said it will be off by 5 pm today.

After receiving numerous calls from this number I have reported it to the Federal Trade Commission: 1-877-382-4357. You all should do the same, the more complaints the better. Here is something I found on another website regarding this same number but I think it's better to report the man than deal directly with him, if he's to be shut down:
