I spoke to my service provider to block this #.  They suggested to report it to the authorities as harrassing phone calls.  

Im sure this person is reading these messages.  A note to the caller or callers, your location will be found out.  Only time will tell.  When the authorities find you, I WILL PRESS CHARGES.  I don't play.

I too have been receiving calls from this number daily and no one speaks when you answer. I tried calling it back from several different numbers and I either get a busy signal or a recording saying that the number has been disconnected.

I received a call from this # they did not respond when answered.  I tried to call the # back from my phone.
It came up rejected.  I called from another line, it rang & rang.  I hung up.  This is weird that all these people are being called by this #.  I am reported it based on the info above.  Law Enforcement can certainly, get the name, number, and address assigned to this #.  

Warning to the person of this number, you will be found.  Beware.

This number keeps calling I dnt answer it just send it straight to voicemail but they never leave a message.. It so aggrivating

I got a call from this number and didn't answer. No voicemail was left by them. I called the number back from a different line and it rang and rang. After about 10 rings, the line was disconnected.

Well, someone call to look for Matthew and no one in my house was call Matthew and said he got the wrong number.
Then the next day, he call again, I pick it up. Said Hello. Then he hung up. I try call again but it alway say it's "not accepting call at this time"
So I rejected the number but he still call for the past 2-3 week! :[

the number (904) 853-2607 keeps calling my cell phone then hanging up. I can not return the call it will not answer, ever.

My 11 year old daughter just got a call from this # this morning on her personal cell while I was in the shower.  The woman asked if this was"____" (daughter's name) - and then started a spiel about congratulations...you won...coupons...or something to that effect.  My daughter interrupted her and said "wait, you need to talk to my mom" - AND THE CALLER HUNG UP!  

The FRIGHTENING part is that she knew my daughter's name...HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?  We just moved here less than a year ago (from Michigan) and hardly anyone except school friends has this number - she got the phone for xmas so she's only had it and this # for 6 months!  

I too tried calling the # back and got a recording saying non-working #.  Then how are they able to call out?

Just got a call from this number.  Did not leave a message.  I will not answer these calls based on the above comments.

The caller is unknown to me. Will not speak or leave any message. calls about 2-3 times per day. I have a missing person from my household so will be reporting this caller to the sheriffs office for investigation. I suggest that anyone getting calls from this number also report them to the sheriffs office as you can not call back on this number. It always says it's been disconnected or that the call failed.
