Robo call to lower interest rates. Pressed one for an agent. An Agent (a male) answered as "Account Services". When I asked whos calling he hung up. I called the 904-863-0203 and they are trying to say if you got a call from us it is because we are doing a market research or a political survey.  Press #1 to have your number removed, and Press #2 to leave a message.  I pressed #1 to have my number removed and also phoned back and pressed #2 to leave a message.
The #2 to take a message does not allow time for a message.    

Have reported to both US and Canadian authorities and when they change spoof number will
report again. etc. etc.

Called from this number on December 30/09.  A nuisance.

Not sure who this is.  Called Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada on November 24th.

Called me in Nova Scotia saying that the call was regarding important information on my visa account. It's an automated voice and asks you to hit a key to speak with a representative.

Phone number belongs to "US LEC of Florida, Inc"...they were hired by a Canadian Company. So CRTC can not touch them.

got a call today....I pick up the phone, it's for cc rate reduction, press "1" to speak to an agent and "2" you will lost your privilege....But when I call back the number, the message say they are doing a survey. WOW, the crooks are one step ahead of the feds. Cause even if you compliants, their door sign is a suvery company. very smart.....

Received a call in Ottawa Dec. 17 2009. Hung up without pushing any buttons.

Got it on Dec 19, 2009, *69 identify as 904-863-0203, the recording lady voice said "this is an important message about your credit card..." and I hang up,
call my Card company, not call from them.

This number called Dec 16, 2009. Automated voice mail about my credit card. Must be a CREDIT CARD SCAM attempt. Hung up and discontinued the call.

got the call also in 705 area code -  When I called back - "Customer Service Centre Hot Line" - States on recording that Do Not Call Registry does not stop callers from charitable / political and survey companies - either press 1 to remove name or 2 to leave a message - states they've been trying to call me.

Jan 4 2010 at 2:57 P.M. This number on my call display when I got home from work today at 7:00P.M. showed up as Floriday number.

Called me in Nova Scotia 4 Jan 20010 saying that the call was regarding important credit card information . It's an automated voice and asks you to hit a key to speak with a representative .It's in Florida, I called back and an auto system said my # would be removed from system within 48 hours. We shall see.

I would assume this is the same compnany you are all referring to. I did speak to a person and tried to get some information on the company from them but of course they wouldn't give out much. Clearly scammers. Beware.

Callers indicate that it has to do with "my account", which is not true.  When asking the caller to identify the name of the company, they go do not give a straight forward response. When I press the caller for more details regarding "my account", they are vague and finally hang up when they realize that they have been caught lying.

I am concerned that they might get senior citizens and/or young people with their fraudulent calls.

Called here in Kingston - called them back - informed them that they were scummy because they were hiding behind a Survey label and that they could gladly take my number off their list - I also called on behalf of half my family.

It's a shame that the cops can't do anything about these guys.

these jerks call here all the time too trying to scam us. Once they said they were calling from TD bank. Then I asked for a # to call them back and they hung up! Clearly a scam!

I got a recording that I couldn't understand...but the bit i did get was about an unpaid account. don't need their calls

they call all the time and all hours of the day and night, now showing up on my bill that this number has been called....they are harassing and i have my phone blocked from telemarketers in the province of ontario. they need to be stopped

No - they are calling and offering to lower my credit card interest rates...and apparently playing a different part on the answering machine to avoid the No Not Call List...

Whatever...

Losers...I wait on the line and waste thier time whenever they call...one lady actually started to sing to me when I complained about the calls.

904-863-0203 called Lower Mainland, BC. at 12:33 PST today.  I know this site is here so I didn't answer because I figured the number would show up here.  Yup....

Called us in Vancouver today, was a recorded message, and after pressing 0, someone picked up. Then we asked them to remove us from their calling list, they said there would be $49.99 charge for that... don't think that's legal...

This number calls me at least 4 times a week. I have reported them. I have pressed the number they say to have the calls stopped. Yet they persist. I have stayed on the line to speak to a human and have asked them to stop calling. They hung up.

Thursday Feb 2010 received this call 1 904 863 0203, at 1:54 pm i have on my machine your call may be monitored or tape recorded. they never leave message and hang up :o)

I get a call from 1 904 863 0203 at least once every day with an automated message stating that they can lower my credit card interest rate with the option of press 1 to speak to a representative or press 2 to let their offer expire.  The woman's voice sounds urgent and authoritative, typical of a heartless scam artist!  CRTC should do more to track them down and stop them before anyone succumbs to their lies and deceit.

tired of these people, they call at all times of the day.  they have no consideration nor do they leave a message.
