Scammers trying to get into your home.  Do not answer these calls.  Report them to the FTC.

This person said she was calling "to confirm [my] appointment for an energy saving evaluation." She said I was referred by a friend or family member, then launched into a spiel about coming to my house to show me how to save energy.
I kept asking "excuse me, but WHO referred us?" over and over, but this woman just kept talking, like I wasn't even there. If I didn't hear the minor pauses and rustling papers, I would have thought it was a recording.
After 3 failed attempts to cut in and ask my question, I just hung up. After all, if they won't listen to me or care about my needs when they're trying to GET my business, how am I to believe that they will care a lick about anything afterwards?

They are aware and need more info.  These calls are being made from prepaid T-Mobile phones and are 100% illegal if made to your cell phone.

We receive calls on our voice mail every day and every day the number showing on caller ID changes.  The person says we have been contacted because a ?friend? referred us to receive a FREE energy audit?that?s right, this service has already been paid for and on and on ad nauseum.  The caller refers to the ?fact? that we can receive thousands of dollars from the federal government to make energy saving changes.  That is actually true, you can apply for energy credits on your tax return.  However, we are not interested in being contacted about this.  Our number is on the DO NOT CALL list and this has apparently not stopped them from calling.  Also, since the number changes each day they call, we are unable to block calls from them.  Please help!

I get these all the time on my home phone and today they're now hitting my cell phone.

Today's message had an option to be removed from their call list.  

One of their people said they were from Org for Energy Savings out of Central FL.

They also show up on caller id 904-236-9439 & 904-437-9477.

Spoke to FL Attorney General's office, they directed me to FL  Dept of Agriculture at 850-488-2221 to file complaints against telemarketers.

You have 2 problems here. This is not one entity but two. The phone number 904-874-8427 originates from that infamous phone exchange out on the beaches in Jacksonville. However they are acting on behalf of another bunch of shifty people in Orlando. They are the Organization for Energy Savings. They also use (904) 422-1000 & (904) 236-9439. These numbers usually show up as Cell phones but they are not. Also They have used deceptive names at times for their caller ID's. For instance: Vu Phu,,  Louis A,,  Moreno Luis. Both of these operations are highly suspect and both have been reported numerous times. My guess is that The phone bank is just a bunch w***es who dont know and dont want to know. The other bunch may be real crimminals. I have seen many accusations that they target old people and have used access to these people to case their homes and Neighborhoods. Dont know if its true or not but somethings stinks somewhere.

I got tired of their constant calls and finally pressed 1 to speak with someone. A guy named Greg answered and was quite nice about the whole thing. Still had the "this is a government program and we've already been paid" baloney they spout, but he verified my information and noted that "someone" had tried to remove my number, but that he would "definitely" take care of it. We'll see...

I am so tired of them calling my cell.  I have a prepaid phone so it costs me whenever I answer.  The problem is they have called me from different numbers.  When I did return the call to the 800 number listed above, they were girls talking about what pajamas they wore.  The whole thing makes no sense.

CRIMINAL PHONE PHISHING SCAM - Appears they may target elderly homeowners.

Their goal is to get you to let their "Energy Auditor" into your home. To do that they want you to call 1-800-837-1239.

Probably they will then either rob you on the spot, or case the home for a future burglary.

This number called my phone and didn't leave a message. It's a local number so, I assumed it was someone I might have given my number to. I called back and it does 3 beeps and hangs up.

I just reported these people to Do not call registry.....I have asked them for 3 straight days to stop calling my business.
They also use 904-422-1000

Same here...they hung up on me as well.
You can also file a complaint through the National Do Not Call website. I just did that.
Waiting for the FTC to open this morning.

Wish there was technology where you could send an EMP back through the phone lines and destroy all their electronics.

Number is for an energy audit that will attempt to sell you services, the name of the Company is Organization for Energy Savings but I have been unable to locate further information.  They currently use 7 different 904 numbers that I have been able to identify.  The refuse to take you off of their calling list.

This number has called repeatedly and provides an automated message on my cellphone.

They have called everyday for a week. Pressed 1 and talked to operator asked them to stop calling and was hung up on.  Definitely a unprofessional organization.

Same group of thieves trying to get you to let their sales person come to your house so they can sell you worthless items for super inflated prices.  They ignore all requests to stop calling.  They call using a different number almost daily.  They use dialers.  They call daily on both my cell phones and home number.  I report it daily to the do not call registry.  Nothing seems to help.
