Just received this call today and I have had similar calls from different places. I told the other ones who call that I filed a report against them and they stopped calling me

Got a call from this number who indicated he was expecting payment from US CashAdvance.  When I questioned the validity of the charge he became biligerant and indicated he would have me arrested by tomorrow.  I've contacted the local police departments here with this information.  The person spoke with a thick heavy accent which at times was hard to understand.  I asked for clarity on his message but he became increasing irate and ended up hanging up on me.

Called me several times making sexual comments that were very offensive to me and to my husband.  Hung up on him and he kept calling me back, this guy also said his name is Jonny Foster and has a very thick accent.

they keep calling me and telling me I owe them money and that I am getting serve at my job and that they are going to email my job and let them know what I owe.. I finally call back and they could hardly speak English and spoke to 2 different guys which I inform them the conversation was being recorded.. the company I borrowed money from was a payday loan company called Speedy Cash.. can you please help me to stop all these calls.. I have talked to a Donny Foster, Roy Miller and a Jason Wayne

This number 1-904-900-8450 is calling and threatening my job and to break my legs..called my mom a f****ng bi***..This man called himself Johnny foster..And even made death threats..

They called my cell and my office.  A foreign man who can barely speak English with a name of Johnny Foster.  Please now.  I'm not that stupid.  I am reporting the calls and I have kept them recorded and will be glad to give them over to whatever agency wants them.

This same number called my job today too. I'm filling out a compliant with the FTC. Does anywhere know where the headquarters for this place is located? I believe the Indian man said Florida?

its a scam his name or his fake name is jack spring and he leaves threatening messages about harassing at work/home yada yada if you call the police they just delete that number and buy a new one

Make sure to go to the FTC website and submit the information to the phone calls.  This just happened to me and has happened in the past.  When they call let them know that  you submitted their information, names and number to the FTC  Also contact your attorney general.  It worked for me on the last number and I am going to do it again if they call me again.  Good luck.

they have been calling me for a long time now, and I can't get them to stop....I may change my phone number! I too talked to a Jack Rockwell, then to a Robert Daniels...they said that Frank Roberts owned the law office they were calling me from...same names, I heard from a number that came up from California about 6 weeks ago...How do I get them to stop calling me? they even call my work! Its insane!

They also called my job over and over again. I transfered him "Jake Rockwell" to HR. He was threatening to her as well. He had an Indian accent as well. I could also hear lots of people talking in the background.

They did me the same way today. Very pushy, very rude & threatening!

Keeps calling saying there is a case filed against me and that it is time sensitive. If I don't call back within the next two hours I will be arrested and legal action with be taken. Is this fake? Can they even do that?
