I have tried to return the call back to this number but an auto response indicates that it is invalid.

I got a call from this number but no one answers when I say Hello! If it is Chrysler calling to get a vehicle back....DO NOT let them talk you into taking the vehicle to a drop off dealer. The drop off dealers seem to forget to put it on record or call Chrysler that you brought the vehicle in and there's Chrysler calling you to bring it in when you already did. Insist that they pick it up especially if you have filed a BK and it is being volunterally given back.......

they just want you to pay something. Everytime you give them money it resets the statute of limitations and gives them more time to hound you over your bill. If they tell you that they will work with you under such and such circumstances tell them you will believe it when you get it in writing and until then you will assume they are lying to you, since they have in the past.

Chrysler is full of s***.  First they sell a lemon (GT Cruiser) whose check engine light goes off every 4 months (after warranty, natch!), causing several thousand dollars in repairs.  Then I stopped paying when the value of the car's resale was what I owed (based on Chrysler!), then I handed it in, then they bill me for $1500 "processing fees".  Hah!  Kiss my a**.

was in a chapter 13 and had it dismissed, called Chrysler on June.18.10 and they said the Balance was  $1655.56, but if I get the Balance under 1000,- they would work with me, so I payed 666.95 by debit card bringing the Balance to 988.61. And they promised me they would work with me then. Got a call from Chrysler June.24.2010  , telling me I owed 1311,-  and I had 5 days  to pay. I told them about my conversation with the other person a few days earlier, and guess what, they said 3 days ago they assest more fees, but, (now here it comes) if I would get the Balace under 1000,- they would work with me on the rest WTF ???????????????????????????????

i turned my car into Chrysler and Lease END...  all paid up, I was NEVER late with a payment let alone missed one, Now i didn't make enough money and my credit was 673 - not good enough to buy another vehicle, so i went to Chevrolet.  Then I get a bill for $450 - turn in fee that is normally waived when you purchase another Chrysler vehicle.  they hounded me for the money, i said that I don't have that, could i make payments, they so no! they said "not there problem"  i had to pay this now!  now i'm getting a calls from this number - i haven't answered her yet, it's a woman who leaves a message.

11/3 2:55pm REC'D CALL From Ms Etheridge- refused her Co Name & refused to remove my #. She was calling asking for person whom does not have this number and hung up on me, when I asked her Co name & what she wanted.  Nice

Received a call from 904-998-5123.  I answered (my cell phone) and they said "sorry wrong #" and hung up.  I tried to call it back & the recording said "this number is invalid, please check the # and try your call again."  I think this is a fake # being used by dishonest people!

FYI - just because it was turned in - does not mean that they logged as received at the dealership.  

A dealership in CA did this to my mother-in-law.  She returned the car after a stroke (family did it for her) and the dealership went out of business.  They never logged the car as returned to them and it just disappeared from their lot.  MOst likely sold it off at auction for what they could get for it before closing doors.

Called me today about a truck that was turned in. Was my dads truck, he passed away from Cancer, and the truck was turned over by the Probate Courts back to Chrysler. Now, they want ME to be responsible for it.
PLUS, the person who left the message gave me an Extra Digit in the Phone #!!! Called from 904-998-5123, but gave me a 2866-XXX-XXXX Phone # to return call to.

I tried to call Chrysler to let them know I needed a Reaffirmation Agreement because I was filing a Chapt 7 Bankruptcy; while waiting for the docs to arrive I called again someone else said not to make payments until I received the docs; they said since I was in a BK no one could talk to me unlo the BK Dept so I called the BK Dept and they told me they could not talk to me either! ! They never sent docs and after my BK was discharged they said it was too late to send them to me and would have to repo the vehicle because I did not make payments! ! ! A few weeks later, I received a call saying I needed to turn the car in. We made arrangements for the car to be picked up on Monday last week, said he would call before they picked it up; so far it's been over a week later and no one is called. The car has been sitting in front of my house and it is not been picked-up. I try to call them and they say they cannot talk to me because I am in a BK. No wonde they had to bailed out by Govt, no one knows what they are doing

Call said they were from Chrysler Credit and a person by the name of (sounds like-spelling incorrect) Albersa Voz put me down as reference for a car loan? Never heard of the person. My car is a Ford all paid for.

Me too they have been calling me from that 904+ number, they can't find their truck, I ask them to settle the debt they told me they dont do that, what i can do is to return the car, and I was like oh well.

This number is from Chrysler Financial 90+ charge off department.  If you see this number, they're looking to repo your car/truck by now.  Chances are they probably can't find it though.
