I reside in S.C. and received a call from this number.  I answered and the man stated that my cell had been chosen to receive this free money.  I proceeded to tell him that I could not understand what he was saying and I could not hear him well.  He then tried repeating his spill, but then he became irate when I told him I could not hear him.  He then said to me " Well do you want the money or not?"  When I told him, "No"!, he told said well hang up the phone or I will.  I hung up on him.  This was a scam for sure.  Cell phone users beware.
