This guy called and asked for my  mom.  I told her that she's not home.  He asked when will be the best time to call her and I said she's on vacation and will be back in a month and he hung up on me without hearing me finished the whole sentence

905-158-1543  - could not call this number back

Claimed to be "Ontario Centre" a new company.
Prize pickup address: 6175 Highway 7, Unit 6, Woodbridge Ontario
(in Google Maps, it looks like an unmarked rental space next to Showdown Sports and GD marble)
Manager's name was "Steve"
They called asking to speak to a Mr. or Mrs. ...  I didn't get the name of the first man. In a thick East-Indian accent, he tried to explain that I had dropped a "coupon" (later a ballot) at a WalMart or other such store and it had my address.
Informed me that I had won one of five prizes:
Big screen TV
Bedroom/Dining room set
Alaskan Cruise
$1500
3 Day Vacation
Attempted to confirm the details on the ballot, which I subtly avoided by asking my own questions.  This got me passed to the manager, Steve, well-spoken compared to his counterpart with what sounded like an East-Indian accent disguised by a fake North American accent.
Steve tried to give me a password/code to come by to retrieve my prize at select times during the day.  Offered me two times for today, Friday or Saturday.  Emphasized that this was not a time share and I was not required to purchase anything.  However, Steve indicated that there was something like a time share offer there if I wanted to view it.
Steve offered me the two dates and added a Saturday possibility too, but I told him I wasn't available for those dates and I would like his phone number to call him back when I had a day or two free.  I really just wanted his phone number to look him and his company up. He hung up.

#905-158-1520 (no caller ID) called at 8:29am (ET) on Sat Jul 10 - male person with an accent asked for Mr.  & Mrs. {our surname}, and said that we won 1 of 5 prizes from a ballot we 'supposedly' filled out in Feb '10. They asked to confirm home address and range of family salary. Told me there was no financial obligation and that their 'basic' catch was to give out prizes to jump start this new company. This company apparently was a US one that is opening in Canada.  Was provided address of 6175 Hwy 7, unit 6 Woodbridge to claim one of the 5 prizes. Was transferred to the Sr Mgr, Shawn Riccardo to get winning passcode and to confirm appointment. Told this person we do not want to go through any hard sell, and would call back if interested. Asked and got the 289-475-5455 for call back.

LoL  Got the same offer from the same address by 2 guys with accents (E Indian I believe) but said their names were Jeff Jordan and Kevin Martin.  Geez I laughed out loud at that. Same sell, same 5 prizes ot pick from, only phone is now 907 754 5163.  But this is 2 months later and these guys still at it.  Anyone ever go and check this out?

Caller said I won a cash prize, could not tell me where I completed the ballot and said I had to go to company office to collect the "prize". When I said I was not interested and hung up, they continued to call every hour.
