Hi people who have critical view of this, take a breath, and think, because of entrepreneur karan think of how many peoples she has employed lessing the burden on the canadian system. It's not just go 9-5 look after urself, but think more to employ others. Not like u people go to work mon -fri 9-5 and what, that's life. Go a step further in life and think. Just help these folks out as they r also trying to earn a decent living just like u. Have a heart.

You have the right idea! I'm going to work along with you and do the same. If everyone experiencing this issue can get as much information as possible, it would be by inviting them out to your house and not letting them in.

We get at least one phonecall from these people every second day. I'm either going to invite every one of the calls and people to come to my home, or send them to a dark forest. lol I will first write down their name, contact numbers, business name and license plates before having them touch anything in my home. Afterwards they will get an earful. This is harassment! Illegal! I can't wait until the next person calls. I'm sending them to my cousins house.

They just called me  I'm on the do not call list..  there coming tomorrow to clean my ducts,,  but there not getting my money. not even getting into my house...  they want to waste my time answering the phone, I'll waste theirs ...: )

I has someone named kiran call and harass me again and again for duct cleaning. I hate all these companies. Why are they still calling when i am on the do not call list

I received call from 4168404564 "donna" tridell airduct cleaning ,,this call coming even i am registered from do not call lists. This time i said yes i like to clean duct and they said OK will send you cleaner. but they not arrived. I was just seeing who is this people are ,, I guess they seems to be colecting people info. for some sort of scaming scheme.
beware.. I like to make complain against them but they just call you can not call them back.

Just received the 4th call from this person today. Same on the do not call list. I called him back today and he answered. I told him I had reported him and he better stop...We'll see. The number he called from was 905-910-0946 (same though - K Tridell) duct cleaning

Persistant calls from this number in violation of do notm call registry.

Get as much information on these people as you can, record it and file a complaint on the CRTC site. If you have the time, tell them to come over and you would like to speak to them. Tell them face to face. If they don't mind wasting YOUR time, how about asking them if they like THEIR time wasted.

Also, try calling the police. I have. They are investigating who these people are.

I just received a call from this same company for about the 10th time in a couple of months. Usually I explain I'm on the Do Not Call list and they apologise but this time the guy (Indian accent at 416-840-7041) said there were numerous Duct cleaning service companies and I told him I didn't care and that I was reporting them again - which I just finished doing.  Everyone should report them at https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/plt-cmp-engt and then maybe the CRTC will start taking this list seriously.

I am also on the DNC registry and K Tridell 905-556-0477 has called my house 4 times in the last two months (3/15; 4/15; 4/29; & 5/07.  The agent claimed his name was Alan... don't believe it to be true as he had a very strong East Intian Accent.  I registered a complaint on the DNC registry website tonight.  They need to be stopped.

I work shifts at night and only had my phone on because my grandma is in the hospital.  I had 3 calls from K. Tridell yesterday asking me if I was interested in having my ducts cleaned.  The first time I explained that I wasn't interested in their sevices and to please take me off their list.  I went back to sleep and 40 minutes later my phone rang again with the same K. Tridell name on the call display.  I was less courtious the second time and hung up before he could thank me for my time without so much as an appology.  The third time they called I was not at all polite - and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on.  I called them back and asked where they got my phone number from because first off I have an unlisted phone number, which implys they are using an autodialer and secondly I am on the national do not call list.  I was told the supervisor was busy and when I said I would wait they put me down on the desk waited 30 seconds and then hung up on me.  I tried this morning to get a hold of someone there but there is no answer as of 2:30 this afternoon.  I realize that people have to make a living and I don't begrudge them making a living but when their language skills are subpar they shouldn't be calling.

K TRIDELL keeps calling me as well. I have call display and if I don't recognise a number I don't answer but yesterday I did. They asked for me to let them give me a free quote I told them I was more interested in knowing how they got my number when I was on the Do Not Call List. He thanked me and hung up. He had a very heavy Indian accent. The number they used is 905-205-0041

I got a call Sat. morning with the number display as 905-231-0372 and the person named 'Sherell' (indian accent) said she was calling from "Tridel Cleaning Systems", and that her number was 416-840-4351.  When I told her I am on a do not call list, she apologized and said whe was 'updating her system'.  Now that I see your posts, I think I will report them...

Sorry, number on call display was 647-428-4407 but when I asked for their phone number to report them, they gave me 416-840-4912

Keep getting calls from this number. Company name is Tridell Duct Cleaning. I am not ineterested in their services but they keep clalling me at all hours of the day. How do I stop them from calling me?
