Who?

These idiots run some type of "Who's Who" directory scam. We've received several faxes from them and they keep changing the name of the directory. The "alleged editor" keeps changing her last name also. She's known as Jennifer Rivera, Jennifer Richards, and Jennifer Conner. The number comes up as unknown caller but they do provide a return fax number on their goofy form: 905-248-5158. They provide no other contact or address info. Hmmm... sounds very trustworthy don't ya think?? Just the type of w**kers I would send all my info to and trust that they wouldn't use it for any devious purposes.

Telus users can report these idiots by calling this number: 1-866-617-6355

they hit us up yesterday, i was trying to devise a nice fax back :) however, the numbers "are not in use"
any ideas?
when we find a number, someone should continually fax them black construction paper mixed in with some coloured ones.

Just got one faxed in today.  Mine is for the Canadian Who's who in Business.

The fax number listed for ATA is a fax number that is also associated with these who's who spams. Whoever this moron is they continually send fax spams for these idiotic "whos who" directories under various names. The latest version of this directory is the Oxford Who's Who. There are at least 2 other goofy names they use that try to suck you into submitting your info on the belief that they think you are important. I have seen lawyers get sucked into these scams. They might actually put out a directory and the prestigious lawyer will get listed right next to the 30 year old guy who sells baseball cards from his parent's basement. Only a moron would apply to this scam.

This looks like a scam of some sort.The email came from Jennifer Rivera, Editor in Chief for The Princeton Who's Who Registry.  

There was no return phone number given, which was a big tip off for me. The bottom of the fax gave a toll free number , 877 298-1909, to call for exclusion from further faxes from this entity.

I am very cautious about giving out information about the business where I work.

Received a fax from this number claiming to represent Who's Who Among Executives, Professionals, and Entrepreneurs in Canada. I think this is a publication of some sort.
