This number and ones ending in -9520 and -9560 are calling my home and my cell and hanging up without telling me what they want or why they're calling.

If it is Royal Bank, they're been a ROYAL pain in the bottom end! They've called from another number, with an actual person looking for a specific person, "as a courtesy call"..... "we're not trying to sell anything...". Desperate banking!
