The deal with this number is that you enter a ballot at a local establishment and then your name is drawn.  You are presented with a savings club similar to Costco and Direct Buy but also includes Vacations and Mortgages and such.  It is a pretty good deal but it would not be beneficial at this time to me.  The cost is $9999 + GST, plus 129.99 a year for the membership card.

In terms of the Vacation Winning, that is a joke...  We won 2 nights in a hotel in Canada, the US, or Mexico, but only after paying a $55 US administration fee.  Good Luck!

Supposedly win a trip but we need to attend a meeting. This is probably time sharing vacation tele marketing.

Just got the same call on my cell - said "blocked ID"
told me I won a trip to Vegas. I asked how? where ? when?
Told me that I must have filled out a ballot at some resteraunt or gas station. Funny because I never fill out ballots at gas stations.
I asked them for a call back number and they gave it to me.
my experiences...this will turn into a very high pressure sales pitch for some sort of time share of purchase of vacation packages at "unbelievable" discounts.

Called me today with the similar trap. Scam, don't fall for it!

Have a look at the following link if you are interested on more details and other people's horrible experiences with the caller.

Same deal, told me I won, told me to come and claim one of 6 prizes.  Has anyone actually gone to this thing and left with one of these sweet trips they're offering????  Should I go or am I wasting my time, ?/?/

Hey
My parents got the call as well....They knew my dad's name, which is not a surprise, cuz one can get it from yellow pages. They also knew my mom's name. Gave a code, phone number and Address (3350 American Drive, Near  Pearson Airport). Children aren't allowed, and anyone 25 years or younger are not allowed, so I can't go. But I am afraid to send my parents to that place...lol....
If anyone has been to that place, please let us all  know what this is all about.

I got a call with the same info - that I had won a prize (to be determined by drawing again from 6 possible prizes).

Questions

1) Has anyone gone and gotten the prize and left with the prize with no issues?

2) With reference to the trips - are the air tickets included?

I am going to go this week and will let everyone know the results.

You will get a prize - with out a doubt.

The reason it's 1 and a half hours is you MUST sit through a sales pitch in order to get your prize .... that's all, no scam, other than you won't win an all inclusive holliday. It would be one of those were you must pay your own airfare which is usualy more than just booking an all inclusivetrip your self! so why would you do it ? The prize you are Guarantied to win has a "retail" value of $50.00 or so ... this means they are paying about $20.00 for it.

If you got contacted then you DID fill something out.

The I.D. is incase you agree to sign up for what ever they're selling.

We got the same call.  It was "WIN WIN WIN"..they had my E-mail..but I don't remember entering any such contest, where I have to attend, to receive a contest prize. Have to show up in Mississauga..near airport and attend for 1.5 hours and ballets will be entered for 1 of 6 prize trips.  We missed the last time they suggested and they called back with another time.. how convenient to hold all these prizes for people who miss the offered date.

Same deal  with confirmation number...they say they advertise through word of mouth..

I got a call from this number and the girl who called said that I filled up a form in some restaurant somewhere and that I have won a free vacation at any of the 500 paces that I can choose. She gave me a claim number and said that I have to come and claim the vacation at a address that she gave me. She also made me talk to her manager who gave me a claim number and asked me to bring 2 pieces of ID. As far as I remember I did not fill up any form. I think it's a con of some type.
