No doubt ARYANA ADT the worst company to do business with. They are rude, dishonest and have the worst customer service ever. I will recommend everyone to stay away from them. They will get you in a three year contract and treat you like crap. I am sure there are lot of other HONEST and hard working people out there who can give you better customer service.

Obviously they didn't shut down their call centre in 2007... they've called me twice in the last 5 days and both times when I answered there's just an open line, nobody there.  Even after the standard auto-dialer delay.  I called them back this morning (with my baby that they woke up screaming in the background) and left a voicemail (what a surprise, nobody answered my call) telling them to remove me from their list... if they call me again (and I fully expect they will) they'll be told that these calls are being viewed as harassment and appropriate legal action will be taken.

This Dealer is a scam. They would never tell you over the phone what is included in the free offer. They would insist to come to your home without giving any information over the phone, then force you to sign 2 door, 1 motion kit. They will give you cheap Camera which will stop working in less then couple of weeks.

If you are looking for a real ADT system, there are other decent ADT dealers available in the market.

Take my words, stay away from Aryana

They are not ADT - they are 3rd party dealership relying on telemarketing as their primary marketing approach.

If your interested in recieving world class security from the global leader in lifesafety devices call ADT directly.

1 800 ADT ASAP and demand to speak with a local rep, don't let them book an appointment for you, but get someone local.....this will lead to the best discount package for you.

Some jack a** just called asking about what alarm system I have, totally freaked out.  Called police and they confirmed that it Aryana Wireless affiliated with ADT alarms.

Calls about 2-3 times a week. Never anyone on the other end when I answer.
Called back to find out who it was. No answer.
Waste of time. Probably a telemarketer.

I have worked for this place twice, we are all not annoying telemarketer callers believe me !
This place is as disorganized as you could imagine, maybe even more. We work 4 hr shifts maybe 2 or 3 days a week and on the weekends we work a 6-7 hr commission shift for free, which is total b***s*** ! Employees get suspended for talking, peoples pay gets cut for no reason, the secretary magically takes away money that is owed to you somehow. We are not all annoying telemarketers from this agency calling and we dont all have thick accents, some if not most of us have well educated backgrounds and are capable of working this job. Their have been no raises for over yrs for any employee and because of this I am boy-cotting this company, all those that read this msg spread the word !

Hello, let me tell you Aryana Wireless is a scam.  His name is Janan and the lady I bet that is calling you her name is Natasha.  I used to work for them on Sismet Drive as their top sales associate.  Yes, I believe they are now on myerside.  I would confront them.  They are to abide by the Do not call list.  If you are on the list you can contact your home telephone carrier, complain and they can be charged up to $3,500 dollars and even lose their license as a dealer, better yet contact ADT direct and they will put a stop to this at once.  To boot I never got paid on a timely basis, they would cut my pay because I would not sell the smoke detector.  You see that's how he pays his reps by charging customers what they should not be paying for in the first place, but Janan tells them it's a good deal, yeah right, other dealers don't charge, and I would be sincere to the customers and Janan would NEVER come through with what he promised.  They would always add more cost to the bundle.  This dealer puts shame to ADT.  I love ADT I worked for them for some 3 years for a dealership in Hamilton.  Very sincere and thoughtful bunch of guys.  The name of the dealership is Hamilton Tech Drive ask for Carmen Talarico.  He is a fantastic person or call me at 647-289-2744.  Guys ADT has been around since 1874 what does that tell you about the company.  I have a website HTD/ADT Family Home Alarm Systems, see the great deals there! This scheme is run by Aryana Wireless. (www.aryanawireless.com) They have a toll free number: (866)927-9262 I use this one since its long distance for me to call the local number. I have an automatic dialer that calls this number over and over again and the message is: "so, you don't like being bothered?" Maybe they will get my message....

Do what I did, sent nasty message to ADT direct and got this reply

Recieved call at dinner time. Let it go to vmail and looked at reverse lookup for info. The posts here prompted me to report them as unwanted calls.

The Company name is Aryana Wireless they are loctaed located in Mississauga, they have about 250 or more employees I worked their during the summer holidays guys I know its hard and may be not fun to receive a telemarketing call but u know what they employ two hundred plus people in there telemarketing section and thanks to people like you they will be shutting it down I am not saying that these people won't be able to find a job some where else but you no what they have helped allot off people I don't want to get in to details, who may not be able be to get a job some where else, but this is ok. They will be closing down there operation of telemarketing very soon talks have started thanks to people like you the instead of  calling 1 number and saying remove me off ur calling list, No you guys can't do this and 200 people need to lose their jobs ...................What ever listen I will recommend sending email to info@aryanawireless.com and saying or asking them not to shut down their TM operations, their 200 families involved who will not be able to support that a my be ......or what ever........

Everyone start booking appointments, give them an address in Kenora, ON.  They are not bright people and obviously have no idea about Canadian geography.  They called my VOIP line and I tried to explain to them if they are in my area and it is impossible to give me a demo (I have move from the area I was in but still have that old locations phone number, therefore I am 10 hours drive from where they think I am).  I asked how they were going to get to my house (I did tell them my new address), they told me that their representative had a car and he could drive to my house... I explain again where I was, where they were, and how long it would take to drive the distance... he said that it was ok because their people where cover for their time and gas.  Obviously I was getting no where with them so I ask to speak to a manager... he was just as stupid... So I booked the appointment.  The next day when the rep called wondering where the house was I gave him directions, QEW to Young Street turn left, we are about 1/2 way to the end of the street on the right... which is accurate.  He never did show up, I wounder if he knew that Young Street is almost 2000km long?  They called me back today (which is 1 month later), I have another appointment for tomorrow, I didn't bother trying to explain this time, I just made the appointment.  Maybe I should have told them it was like having to drive from Punjab to Bangalor, would they have got the point?  Fcuk, at least higher Canadians to do the job... do you know how many companies outsource call center work to India?

I found them using Canada 411.  Their listed phone number is 905-267-2518.  Their listed address is 1655 Sismet Road, Mississauga, ON L4W 1Z4.  I called that number to confirm the address and they said they are located at 1030 Meyerside in Mississauga.  I don't advise anyone to go to their office, but I would encourage a barage of junk mail to be sent to them.  Perhaps some table scraps (sealed well so as not to bother the post office) that should be plenty fragrant when they open the package.  If enough harmless fraternity pranks occur, they may get the message.  The passive Canadian method will not.

Got the same call.  Twice today.  I picked up the phone the second time.  When I told her not to call back, she continued to talk as if I had said nothing.  I then started yelling into the phone and she asked if I was the homeowner.  I told her that I had them tied up to chairs and I was the guy robbing their house, but that the owners had asked to be removed from the call list as their last earthly wish.  I called them back and spoke to someone and asked to be removed from their list.  I'd bet money that they'll be calling again.  Does anyone have an address for this company?  The government isn't protecting us from them...

I just had this same number call my house, same thing... an Indian lady asking me if I had a security system. I told her yes we do and she hung up on me before I could say anything else. I think it might be a scam, so I'd be careful. I also tried to call it back, but no one picked up.

Just got a call from 905-461-2071, Aryana Wireless (help@aryanawireless.com), an Indian Lady started to tell me about their security system but before she got very far I said I was not interested as I just shoot intruders (The Black Irish in me) :0)

It's a cmopany called Aryana Wireless, they sell ADT alarm systems.  They also listen to police scanners, so, when they hear about a break and enter, they magically call you the next day and say that your number was randomly selected for a free alarm system.  They still charge an activation fee of $199 though.

Just got the call from this number.  Guy with heavy asian accent, wanting to set up an appointment to demonstrate an alarm system.  Passed on the information to law enforcement.  This is a suspect individual, seemingtly not attached to any particular company.  He told me that his company is something along the lines of Arayana or something like it.  No such company on record in the Toronto area. Individual did not know the last name of the house occupants, indicating he is dialing of a bought list.  DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION, NOR MAKE ANY APPOINTMENTS.  Highly suspect.

I said hello... TWICE then finally he said hello, then he said you have won a $1000.00 alarm system.  I told him that I live in an apartment and to never call again.

This number just called.  I use a little trick to find out what type of individual, is calling.  Whenever I see one of these numbers I don't recognize I answer the phone with a very quiet voice... I say "hello", and I say nothing else.  I wait on the line to see if something happens.  If they are using an auto dialling machine no one answers on the other end (usually).  It seems these machines need to hear multiple hellos or lots of noise before it routes the call to a live operator.  If it was a real human they would usually respond.  I then look up the number to see what kind of b*****d is calling.  Since this number seems to be connected to tele-marketers (Alarm company), I put them on my call screen list.  

I've had these alarm people call before.  I've told them over and over "I live in a condo and the alarm system is internal"... which it is.  They just call back a few months later.  It's been going on for years.  They never remove you off their calling list.  It's the same with the carpet cleaners.  I have hardwood floors in my condo unit... and I've been telling these carpet cleaners this for years... but every few months they call back.  I must have 10 carpet cleaners on my call screening list.  

One thing is for sure, call screening should be expanded to include hundreds of numbers.  Blocking 30 numbers is not enough in this rampant telemarketing world we live in.

I BLAME THE IDIOTS WHO BUY FROM TELE-MARKETERS!  If everyone stopped buying from these tele-marketers, then this annoying form of business would stop.

Called 5:30pm Nov 15th. Asked where they got my phone number from. They said our phone number was "selected" to receive a free wireless alarm system. I told them to remove my number from their call list, hung up, then added them to my telemarking guard list.

These telemarketers are getting out of hand.  When this number appeared this morning, I started my usual multiple ###...when there is a person on the other end of the line...trust me...it hurts their ears, as an actual person came on line and said ...OK...OK...and blurbed something else out.  I continued to press the ### over and over until I got a busy signal again.

Got 2 calls from them today - the first one I answered and it was a woman with a soft-spoken voice saying that she was calling about ADT alarm systems.
I asked not to be called again but did not get any response - she hung up.

The second time I wasn't home but it was a couple of hours later and the person left no message.
