Got a message from this number collection agent under ontario law they cannot call a cell check it out

If you're getting these calls on you mobile, there is an excellent app call "Call Control". Worth the $9bucks for the product from Kedlin.

It's some sort of collection agency scam. I get calls from these guys from different numbers every few days. They leave either a partial recorded message that cuts off after the first syllable, or a full message asking for someone by the name of Will or Todd (I get both). If they're legitimate collections people, they know where these people live and can send a bailiff around to do business.
