Same here, they keep calling over & over...

I get calls from the ducts cleaning services every week. One day annoyed I told them off. They called several times after just to play on my nerves. When I picked up once the man told me to forgive me but I want to show you how rude these people are, he told me to suck his "you know." I still get the calls. Seems that nobody ever gets off their list even though I asked several time kindly to take me off their calling list.

Complain to Bell and ask them for call privacy settings, you can then block the numbers.

OOMA also has a community blacklist feature. I left bell because of the calls - haven't had anyone in over 2 months with OOMA.

Everyone take your name off the do not call list

Or pretend you mistake "ducts" for "ducks" and tell them that your ducks don't need cleaning, as they've all flown south for the winter :-)

Just tell them you don't have any ducts in the house, wood stove only. They get very confused by this and eventually hang up. Once told them no ducts just like in India.

This phone number calls all the time and say they are calling from Air Duct cleaning Service.   They were told several times not to call anymore as recent as 2 days ago, however they still call.   When told they just called the response is oh it must be another Air Duct cleaning service.   I am getting tired of those people calling, even when one is on the Do Not Call List.....

Yet another company that calls and doesn't leave a message. I wish these people would leave me alone!!

Btw, they know if you're on the no-call list because after I booked an appointment, they said "oh I see you're on the do no call list. Are you ok with us coming out anyway?"

These guys keep calling. I actually booked them to come and clean my air ducts and they never showed up. It's the same guy who keeps calling. I recognize his voice.

Called today in Toronto offering a special on Air Duct Cleaning.  I said firmly I wasn't interested and wanted off the calling list.  To her credit she didn't hang up right away, so I pressed.  I insisted she say she was taking me off the list and she did (I doubt it).  I asked what the company was called, she said Air Duct Cleaning Services, I said she was lying.  I asked for where they were located, she said Scarborough.  I asked for a corporate number, then she mumbled something and disconnected.

Longer call than most but I doubt it'll change anything.  Sadly the Do Not Call List can't do anything about these callers from overseas that spoof caller ID and ignore requests not to be called.

My friend actually tells them to come to her home and then when they arrive she cancels and tells them not to call her any more....it worked!   Eve In Bramalea

These guys call me everyday too! And everyday I tell them to put me on the do not call list, which they obviously don't do. I usually say "what, what, I can't understand you cause their english is just horrid! i just lost my s*** on the girl tho. "no offence, but are you guys F***ing retarded?" Lets see if that works. Maybe they'll note that the individual on the other line is "rude and offensive" I can only hope! I've also been called from 905-342-1223

Another solicitation caller

Got another one, and just played it the "disconnected" tones from my computer.  Ever hopeful that'll get it to stop!

They call from several numbers...and just dont stop.  I am making appointments for every call - I have electric heat, therefore, no ducts...clean that A****LE....

This is just another number for that bloody duct cleaning telemarketing.

They call all the time trying different hours of the day just to see what time you will answer. Then they know when you are home. They wake you up and I am SICK OF IT!!!!

They call me as well, pretty much daily.  It is pure harassment.  I have tried all the things everyone else said: asking for a manager, take me off your list, telling them I would never use them politiely, telling them I would never use them rudely, etc.  They still call.  Every weekday around 7pm.  I hate them.
It's actually not the number listed above though, it changes.  Always, they have a foreign accent. maybe India?
