Correct. It's just the automated dialler - most of those have delays and the agent can't always catch the call on time. But I've worked there for a few months, and haven't noticed any ethical breaches, haven't been told to lie, and have been told we'll be fired if we misinform customers. I could care less about workplace gossip. That happens everywhere. And as many of the trainers, supers, and QC people are women, I don't feel discriminated against at all. I'll let you know if that changes, but I just don't see it.

Agreed. I haven't had a problem so far and would quit if I did. I don't do unethical - and I don't believe crap from ex-employees who were probably fired for something that deserved firing. I've seen a person fired for accidentally misinforming a customer; we're certainly never told to misinform them, and we do get feedback on our monitored calls.

I called the CEO plus i called Royal bank and left voice mails and plus send them emails bothering them and asking to get me of the calling list since they are scams.

Why are they doing this....not saying a thing?

Theres a lot of crap going on there. One of the bosses got a representative pregnant so they had to fire her. They don't treat women with respect. The place is unclean. People spread rumours and stuff about eachother everyday.


Also they have had MANY clients in the past stop working for them because they SCAM custtomers.

SP Data Capital called and said they were from Qwest. I asked them not to call again...we will see if that does any good.

Calling everyday...everyday and sometime 3 or 4 times a day. When you  say "Hello" no body replies.
Its nuisance.

today they called 5 times in the evening but I did not pick up. Probably to offer Direct Energy savings...

Just received this call....I said hello 2 or 3 times....no voice at the other end.  Annoying at best.  Can these kinds of calls be stopped?

just received this call 19055219082- I picked it up, not saying a word- at the other end, a few seconds later it was a man's voice saying hello... hello.... He just hang up.

The actually do speak, but they're delayed by 4-5 seconds.
Today they called on behalf of Direct Energy. don't know about what as I said goodbye and hung up.

I did answer because I am tired of watching this call come in day after day.  They wanted to speak to my husband about his American Express.  I told them he was not available.  They wanted to call back, but I told them that I was his wife and what did they want?  I was told it was about an identity issue and that they could only speak to him.  I told them if it is about an identity issue then they need to speak with me also.  No go.  They started to explain they only can talk to him., blah, blah, blah, and I hung up on the caller.

Did some research. . .On the most recent statement from AMX-- on the envelope flap is an enrollment form to join a Single Identity service.  (A company that provides monitoring of activity on your credit card, use of a SS#, etc.)  This enrollment automatically kicks in when you respond to a $10.00 credit that you can receive on your billing statement from AMX.  (Sneaky)

I believe, SP Data Capital is the company that will be monitoring your credit card and also receiving your $9.99 MONTHLY service charge that will appear on your next AMX.

Caller Id. let us know who called & what number . Have answering machine on line, nobody left any message.We screen are calls / We are on the do not call list.

I get this number and OTHER 905 numbers calling all the time. No one is calling, though; it's a dead line.

Calls daily and leaves no messages.

This number called a few minutes ago, came up on the ID as the number; they didn't leave a message.
