They called and were very persistent on talking to the owner of the house saying it is important when we have nothing to do with them

It is AIG Insurance. If you call the number back you can leave your name and numer to be removed from their calling list.

Ever heard of a phone book?

This number just called me. Said they were from AIG Assurance and asked for my wife by name. How do they get this info, anyway?

I called AIG insurance, but they claim that they have no number of this in their database. I think that is a load of bs. They called my cell phone, and I saved their number, and chose the option no ring. that is what I do when there is an annoying caller.

They just called me too,  no one there. said hello three times and hung up. mailbox is full when call returned.
anyone know how to get them to stop?  seems like a common occurence as stated on this page.

This number called me, I said hello many times, no response from their end. No automated machine answered either.
I called it back but was not able to leave a message as the lady on other end says sorry this mailbox is full.

I wish they would stop calling.... When they call they don't leave a message... you call and the voice box is full... You answer and there is no one there or they dish out a spiel and you can not get a word in edgewise and still don't know who is calling.  They are driving me BATTY!!

905-527-5151 has called my house every single business day for the past two months, when I answer there is no one there.  When I call the number back it says mail box full.  I want them to stop!  Sometimes I'm running in from outside or giving my kids a bath, it is rude and intrusive.

They keep calling me too.

keep getting calls for my son who does not live here anymore and they want his phone # and address.  They say it is urgent. I haven't given them any personal information anyways.

they keep calling me!  i have called back, mailbox is full.  i have answered, said hello....hello....hello....urrrg.....HELLO??  then hung up.  they call atleast twice a day.  i usually ignore them now, but it's getting annoying.

I just got the same thing too. I called back and they said the mailbox is full. dosen't sound like a legit company to me.

They called and asked to speak to me specifically.  My spouse told them I was not at home and they said they would call back.  When they did, he answered again and after many "hello's??" no one responded so he hung up.

they are from AIG Insurance

It's a company called Media Express (owned by Protocol Communications - www.protocolusa.com) that is hired by AIG Canada to do telemarketing on their behalf.

Called and asked if I was Mr. (   ), told me it was AIG Insurance in Hamilton, Ontario.  The number that showed up was 905-527-5151.

I called 411 and they gave me AIG's number, called 877-762-8486 and talked with Mr. Parrette in Compliance Division... He said he would investigate the calls, very nice person.

They call sometimes 3 times a day, and never leave a message.

stop calling me!

This number call every day  between 9 am and 12 am.  I have an answering machine but they never leave a message.  When I answered, there was no one there.  I called the number back and was told - the mailbox is full, call back later - later it is always full.  I am very fed up with this annoyance every day - I am handicapped and cannot answer this typeof call every day.
How can I get them to stop???

this number keeps calling for me and never leaves a message with whoever answers the phone. they make it sound extremely important and are very rude to my family members who answer the phone.

They have been calling twice a week for 3 weeks in a row always on Weds. and Thurs. The first time they asked to speak to my husband who wasn't home. From then on, when I answer there is no response. When I call back, the mail box is always full. I would sure like to know why they won't speak to me.

They have been calling me on my cell phone every day now for a week.  I'm getting sick of it.  I had no idea who it was until i googled the phone number and found this site.  Thank you! It's been driving me nuts not knowing who is calling.  They never leave a message and don't let the phone ring enough for me to answer the call and when i try to call back i get the "this mailbox is full" message.

Called my house at 1:22 p.m. today (May 28, 2008). Caller ID came up as 'Unknown name'. No one spoke. Strange!

I used my favourite 'Reverse Search' website and the owner was listed as:

Mediaexpress

Asks for Mr. Bitts - that is my cat's name.  Mr. Bitts makes me take a msg.

My mother is recieving same type of calls for me at her house...i Haven't lived home in 8 years and they are asking for me by my maiden name....when i call it back i get the full answering machine saying it is full.

the phone rang i answered and then they hung up tired of all the calls anyone know who they really are
