have this number stopped as the people using it should not be allowed to use someone else's business to harass

I keep getting calls from these people saying that they are from the US Law Division and their attorneys will be filing a lawsuit. They has a heavy Indian accent... I called the FBI and Secret service and they said they get alot of calls regarding this scam.

when i called the 646 number every time they knew it was me so i already knew that was a scam and they couldnt give me the time stamp on the loan

i received a call from this number while at work when i yelled after he told me to shut up several times i told him it was a fishing trip and said i wanted this in writing they called back today and told me they couldnt give me my bank account number used, after 3 hrs of calling 646-448-0336 they gave me an account number that wasnt mine when i told them it wasnt mine they said call the 905 number back.

I just got a very aggressive call from this number saying that my name was used as a reference for a loan to somebody . I told this person for starters it sounded suspect and that how could I not know that he was not involved in some type of identity theft . By the end of the call the person said that he 'will try and keep my name out of this mess'

Claimed to be Agent Black collecting a debt from an online lending agency. He had some account numbers and tried to tell me they were mine and how serious this charge was going to be for me. I was to have received $345 and if they sue me the cost will be $3,200. It is a scan! I think they wanted to check to see if they had the collect account numbers so they could try to draw cash from my account. The man is Asian or Indian, you could tell by the accent. He called today and a couple of time last week but since it was Canada I was in no hurry to call back. I told him to sue me and make sure it was in my state and county.

I got a call from these people many times.  Saying they were collecting debt for a internet based cash advance company that had wrote it off.  But never received money form the people and they could not give me anything in writing.  He said I owed 525 but if i went to court i would pay 3400 and i should pay now.  I told him bring it on.  I want something in writing because I never received any money.
