I got mine today - Envelope from Costco..thought they wanted a card renewal - Image my surprise when a check for $3,900 falls out, drawn on Bank of New York Mellon - knew it was fraud, but was kinda hoping.  If its too good to be true - then it probably is!!  I sure hope no one falls for it!!

My husband received the same check drawn on Manufacturers Bank with the company name itochu Logistics USA Corp for $3980.00.  The entire letter screams SCAM.

I got this same letter with the same # to call and Samuel Page and Lynne Wecley except my check is from manufactureres bank in Los Angeles and the company on the check is ITOCHU LOGISTICS.. I called ITOCHU, they think someone stole and or duplicated one of their checks....I emaile dthe bank to see what they have to say, no response yet.

I received this same check for $3,980.00 on October 15, 20, 2012 that says Primerica Life Insurance Company, drawn on the Bank of Newyork Mellon (that is the way is was spelled on the check I recieved) etc.  The guys name that I was supposed to call is Samuel Page, 1-905-598-0854.  Signed by Lynne Wecley (Promotion Manager).  I pray that this people are caught and brought to justice.  I am turning this over to the authorities in my county.
