I believe this call is from Dell Canada.  IF you have a computer with Dell, this is their finance department.

This is dell's finance department. I'll never buy dell again. MY PROMISE!!! I have consistently made my monthly $45 payments on time for my dell computer; except once when they went into my account and got an NSF (they were able to take it out three days later). Not only did they charge me $25 for that late payment; but the call was also very intimidatory. Never again will I be buying dell. NEVERRRRRRR.

This is Dell's Financial Services department. Similar to the commenter above, this in regards to a single missed payment which received bounced and was charged a NSF.

I wish my call screen list could hold more than twelve numbers.

If you are getting called by Dell, there is probably nothing you can ever do to get the calls to stop if you are not the person they are looking for.  (if you are, just catch up on your bill) Good luck getting your number out of their evil dialler from hell if you are getting called in error.

LOL this is DELL.  When you are prepared for the worst experience in customer care of your life, Dell is a great place to go.  Buy a Dell system and they'll have it to you so fast you'll faint, but just wait until you need after sales support on financing.  Stand in awe as your are deliberately jerked around (and mocked!  I am not kidding!!) by the email support group.  Then try to lodge a complaint!

this call comes more often than we even wanted. In fact, we do not want nor care for it at all.  It leaves a message in our voicemail re: call back number for Dell Financial services?  We don't even have a Dell computer!

f*** i hate these guys. every day i come in from work, theres a call from this number at 9:00AM (no joke, or otherwise its a few minutes later - anyone see time trends when they get called by this number?). yes, it is like how everyone described: you pick up, a voice tells you to wait for a rep, and then you play the waiting game. its not me who owes them anything, but it sure is annoying.

This is most annoying phone number. Dell financial services? Is it computer or something else? I don't owe any money to them but they keep calling and put me on hold.

Calls a few times a day. When I pick up, am told to wait for a rep; rep never comes on. When I let voicemail get it, a message in French appears telling me the next available rep will be with me.

If they're going to call me, they can damn well have the flippin' courtesy of being on the phone already. I'm not sitting here hours on end waiting for them.
