Why would you pay a debt you don't even owe?

I would find a way to pay if I got that many calls.  I would be scared the mafia is coming after me and somehow it was the mafia'a money. That's crazy, you can't be serious???

Tell Mjr this: I dispute the debt and take me to court. Stop harassing us. Do not call or write Us.

Seriously, try to negotiate your debts by offering them livestock. I tried to low ball them with three chickens and a pumpkin, then called them 200 times a day for a month. Since they called the police, the calls have stopped, but I still want want to call them.

IF YOU WANT THESE PEOPLE TO STOP CALLING, OFFER THEM THE MOST STUPID COMPROMISE, THEN CONTINUE CALLING TILL THEY ACCEPT, or call the police. Either way, you'll be fine.

You guys call people but it goes to voicemail when they pick up and when they try to get a hold of you, it goes to voicemail again. What is the point of calling someone if you won't talk to them to tell them what the problem is. It's just harassment. Answer the damn phone when you call someone.

This number calls me once every morning. Tried to call back - does not receive incoming calls. Ironically though a few weeks ago I was spammed via phone (companies that use your number to harrass people so they dont get caught), but I had my phone changed so it would stop............

I got a call from the 407 about a 12 year old bill. It took them 12 years to contact me and wanted $450 from me or my license would not be renewed. Sherwin Williams paid my 407 bills but the car was registered in my name. Then they sent it to mjr. The 407 said if I paid $85 it would be lifted. How did it drop nearly $300 with a phone call. My lawyer said the 407 falls under the same statute of limitations as everyone else. So now I am starting a lawsuit against mjr and the 407 for harassment.

even then if you cant pay and they want to put you on the street they still loose .. cant get blood from a stone

Hi I have the exact same problem ... now I am on disability and cant pay a dime .. oh they will try but in the end ... they still wont get a dime ... I wish they could just learn to live with that  I tried several time .. to get consolidated credit payments ... Canadian tire refused three or four times ... well ... now they wont get anything .. I just don't have the money ... period

If you can not pay that debt no matter what   I you can not pay   even if they take you to small claims court it would be a total wase of time ... even the judge made an arrangement and you still can not pay there is nothing they can do but try to put you in jail where it world cost them 20 times as much as what they were trying to collect in the first place .. so buckle up ... and live with it ,, (I am talking about the collection agency here)

I totaly agree with you,,,people go through. hard times and that doesnt give these debt collectors the right to call,harass and belittle people.

27 calls in 4 days and not for my debt! Bro you jerks are making jobs by calling people based on faulty data. Even if I owed money, I wouldn't pay it to low life job creators. I hope nobody pays, you lose your job and you end up living on the streets.

Getting daily calls from this number. When I answer, an automated message says "please hold while I transfer your call" then hangs up. I don't owe money to anyone so I'm assuming this is a wrong number..? Bit no one answers so I can't even tell them to stop calling...

I have never owed any money to anyone and these people keep calling after trying to explain I have no debt. I am fighting back by sending faxes and emails every hour

The owner, Marty J Rosik, is not a stupid man.  He has an IQ over 180 and is getting sued for harassment. O did I say that? Oops. Join in fellas!

The collection ministry wants to hear from you all.  They are currently undergoing an investigation and have retained the best investigators to dig up dirt on these fools to finally shut them down.  Please give them all the help an tips you can.  Lodge a complaint with the ministry on the mentioned link in this forum and we can together stop these criminals..

I get phone call from this number: 905 671 4151 twice a day, every day in the past two months. While I answering the phone, I heard: please hold while I'm transferring you. Then I hang up.
That's really frustrated phone call.
