We got a call today from them. They hung up on me when i started asking them questions. Don't give them any information.

says they are from the credit card company, yet did not say which bank, I think they were trying to solicit information about my cards so I informed them I was on a dnc list and please stop calling and hung up. He said they were visa and mastercard.  ya right.when I called back the number says it's not in service.

Caller listed as "ontario".

I did not answer and no msg left.

I've gotten 2 calls from these idiots now.  Just called again today representing "Visa Master" promising lower interest rates.  When I stated questioning on what planet Visa & MC would share a call centre he started getting agitated and eventually ended the call by saying "F*ck you motherf*cker".  Lovely.

Received a call from this number at 12:06 pm, a male with a strong east indian accent.  Said about lowering interest on my visa and master cards.  When I heard both visa and master card sounded uncomforable and when I asked which company he respresents first answered visa and then said rbc bank.  when I said that I wouldn't give him any information he started saying my complete home address including postal code. I told him that I am at work and ended the conversation.

Same circumstances as other BC callers experienced...

I've received a number of calls like this and it may have been from this same number each time.  In each instance there is silence -- no voice message or person responding, but its evident that there is possibly someone there on the other end, or its an open channel.
 
--Assuming its an automated system, if it hears a voice answer, which could be a message or a live person answering, wouldn't the system automatically respond with some sort of message? ...  What would their intentions be otherwise?

I called back but number was N.I.S.

Man with very thick accent called offering lower interest rates. I have reported number to police force

Gosh! I hate those phone calls...just receive one few minutes ago...the guy (with this strong accent) asked to talk with mr granville (or something like this)..told him wrong number and then he asked me who I was. When I asked him who he was, he just hang up!!!!

When I asked to please be taken off the list, I was challenged with a sharp, "why", repeatedly.  I asked several times to speak to a supervisor only to receive the same response, "why".  When I strongly insisted, I was abruptly hung up on.

Called to lower rates on visa or mastercard. I asked a question and they hung up before asking to be put on there do not call list.

This number called me at 12:20 and no one on the line so I hung up and called them back but the number wasn't in service.

Called at noon. No person on the other end of the line........quite annoying. I live in Revelstoke B.C.

Called me today at 10:04am Pacific Time - hung up without saying anything.

Recieved a call from this number at 9:10 AM.   I said hello and after a few seconds I heard a beep and I hung up before they person on the other end had a chance to speak.

Received a call from this number at 8:42am this morning.  A male with heavy East Indian accent.  Said he was a representative of Visa. He hung up when I asked him a question.  I called the number back and got a recording that the number was not in service.

called 3x but never leaves a messge.  rather annoying.

I had a call from this number.  Male, with a thick East Indian accent, trying to tell me something about Visa.  I could hardly understand a word he said, so I hung up.

Received a call from this # in the a.m. when I said hello twice, they just hung up.

I has same number this am call me and just hung up on me and said nothing. I tried calling back them it said phone is out of service or is disconnected

This guy called around 8:25 am asked about one of my special needs clients visa card, said there was an issue. I told him she didn't have a visa and that he was obviously a con artist faker and that he should hang up now. Caller sounded like a young adult east Indian male
