Yes, these guys call me almost everyday and mostly don't say anything.  I'm going to talk like an elderly person next time and see what they try to sell.

my name is skye and these people keep phoning my business saying it is regarding duct cleaning and they call up to a least 5 times a day-

this is also being used by 416 80000369 John to sell duct cleaning..they have called me every single day and when i ask for a proper company name and address, they hang up.

My solution, is to let the company come so I can tell them personally to stop calling me. sorry that it will cost them time and money, but there appears to be no solution.

They keep calling even after I have told them to remove me from their list 10 times!!!

Got a call from this number today. I ignored it because I didn't recognize it. Good to know it's a scammer and not somebody important (like the agency I called to set up a field practicum for school!) I live in Burlington, Ontario.

Received a call claiming to be Sun life Finacial. Had our names and kept phoning saying we had to discuss and review our maturing investments. He finally hung up when we refused to talk without getting a number to call them back on.
Be careful seems like a scam!

this number called me today - sat on the line and eventually after a minute or two hung up in my ear.

Have received numerous calls from this number. Finally got tired of having the phone ringing several times a day from it so made the mistake of answering. They are trying to talk you into have the house Ducts cleaned... told them no thanks and hung-up. Still more calls... got annoyed and answered again... some guy said he was the supervisor from this Duct cleaning company and wanted to know the square footage of the house and said "They were coming to clean the Ducts!" I asked him what part of NO did he not understand? This call was at 8:30 p.m. after about a half dozen calls showing on the call display just for today. Told this dude if he calls again I was going to place charges of harrassment and DO NOT call again. I'm guessing I have not heard the last of these fools...

Weird...we too have recently dealt with Dell customer service returning a monitor and less than 2 weeks later have started receiving calls from this number. Coincidence?????????????

THEY CALLED ME 8 TIMES IN THE LAST 2 DAYS AND SAID THEY WERE FROM SUN LIFE TRYING TO SELL ME INSURANCE ....

I get a call from this number about once a day. Sometimes I say hello and no one answers and sometimes the person on the other end of the line will say hello and nothing else.

Wants to clean my ducts.  That's a very different business from bell Canada!

6.40 pm this evening (15th Feb), this number called. No-one at the other end. Oh what fun!

they called saying they are from total duct cleaning services strong indian accent

I received a call from the above number today. The barely literate 'knuckle-dragger' at the other end started the call by asking me for my house size, then attempted to explain that he was going to offer me a great deal on duct cleaning.
When I asked him for his company's rates, he became evasive.
When I politely asked him to stop saying 'like' every other word, he was like totally confused dude.
When I asked him where he had got my number, he hung up.

I suspect he is bothering someone else right now.

This guy with a Indian accent called me just now saying he was from Sun Life Financial and they were having a mandatory presentation about something that I didn't quite hear but he was going on about how this was free of charge and obligation but when I asked him do we really have to do this he said yes it was mandatory. He then asked for a time that they could come but when I told them I was 17 LOL the dude told me to hold and got another person claiming to be a manager. Just hung up on their a** for all that BS. I was thinking it was just a prank call but its a scam from what I've read. Hope no one falls for it

I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS RELATED, BUT DELL COMPUTERS RECENTLY REPLACED MY CORRUPTED HARD-DRIVE AND TOLD ME I HAD TO SEND THE CORRUPTED ONE BACK TO THEIR DEPOT.  I WAS WORRIED AS I COULD NOT WIPE OUT/FORMAT THE OLD HARD-DRIVE.  THEY ASSURED ME THAT I HAD NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT AS THEY WOULD CLEAR THE HARD-DRIVE ONCE IT WAS RETURNDED AND MY PERSONAL INFO WOULD BE DELETED.  EVER SINCE I RETURNED THAT HARD-DRIVE, I HAVE BEEN GETTING ALL KINDS OF SCAM/FRAUDULENT/THREATENING CALLS FROM MEN WITH EAST INDIAN/SOUTH ASIAN/PAKISTANI ACCENTS.
HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD ISSUES WITH DELL CUSTOMER SUPPORT/TECH SUPPORT AND THEN STARTED GETTING THESE STRANGE PHONE CALLS?

I jsut got a call from this number asking about the home owner and hung up.

I think I may have got this guy to stop calling.  Has a strong Asian accent but goes under the bogus name Gavin McAllister and as everyone has written above, offers a duct cleaning service that borders on harassment. I suspect that he is unstable and that there is no such service on offer. The phone calls started up again this December.  He just phoned me again this morning and  I told him that I'd been in touch with Toronto Police Division 23, we'd been monitoring the frequency of his calls as well as the complaints that have been posted online by others. I had just finished telling him that I will now press official charges when he hung up on me.  I don't think he'll call again.

I got a call from this number,a man with a very thick Chinese accent started to tell me that they had a special promotion on duct cleaning, but never introduced the company. When I said they'd have to talk to my husband about that, he hung up. Fishy!

Just got a call from this number - stating that they are a duct cleaning service and they were calling me back... I've never called them... SCAM!!!

I'm getting called from this number every single day.  They don't leave messages, but when I answer there is a 2 - 3 second delay and then I get someone claiming to be from "Home Cleaning Services" or some duct cleaning company.  I've repeatedly asked to be taken off their calling list, but they just hang up.  I took a different approach today and asked for a website or phone number I could review or contact them at myself.  The guy said "Sure it's 416...actually sir let me tell you about our 50% offer...blah blah" so I went into my usual rant about getting multiple calls.  The guy actually denied ever having called me before (is there just one of him then???)  and will take me off the list.  I don't believe him for a second.

That is really strange... I received a phone call from this number today and they were calling about cleaning services for my air ducts in the house.....the guy had an Indian accent and I could barely make out what he was talking about... I asked him "what, you're calling about home cleaning services"? and then I mentioned my husband was looking into a cleaning lady recently for our house and then he started talking about how that was what the call was for, about the cleanig services my husband was talking about.....although we never talked to anyone about duct cleaning. Then I said I don't need duct cleaning I rent my house and the landlord takes care of that and then he didn't know what to say and said goodbye and hung up.... VERY STRANGE! I think they are scam artists be careful.. it sounds weird the same number is calling for different things like that!

yes for me a year ago "duct cleaning" kept calling and calling untill my sister said stop calling we dont want ur sales! call again and we call the police...he stoped and now just today when my parents were unavailable to talk i said that they are unavavailable and then he said..oh whats your name..i said something else then he asked me for my age i didnt say my true age and then he said im 15.. then he said i like your voice...do you have a facebook i said huh? he said can i have your email so i can add you on facebook..i yelled no and hung up..then 5 min later he called again and he said "darling, why did you hang up on me" i hung up again...he ddidnt call after that..but lets see if hes gonna call again..if he does..im gonna threaten him by saying im gonna call the police..and im gonna tell my parents so they can report it to the police..
