No message but I hung up and dialed *57 and the recording said the trace was successful but what does that do? The last I called my supplier they said I have to report to police.-1-905-696-5454-

Its a survey from Ford to get feedback if you bought a ford or had a service done. Then they forward that feedback to the dealership to resolve if there are any issues. This helps the dealership/service center to improve customer service. If a customer complaints about anything, the dealership has to get to the roots of it.

this number keeps calling our home a diferent times of the day...no message left. we have a "call block" feature in our phone so we blocked this annoying telemarketing. more people should complain and block this type of calls.

I don't care if it is a survey from Ford or anyone else. They have been calling me every night at 8:30 or 9 for the past 2 weeks. They should be taking the hint and stop calling.

I called the number back, ts a research company calling on behalf of Ford for a survey about your recent service experience. Call the 800 # back to be put on the do not call list. Called me late on a Monday night and hung up as soon as I answered. If you want to talk to me don't hang up the phone. I would have done the survey but not anymore. Bitter

Two calls on my cell every night, so far 3 nights in a row. Call as often as you like, I'll never answer!

They called my number several times a day for an entire week but would never leave a message! Today at 7:56pm I answered the call only to be greeted by a woman with a very thick East Indian accent wanting to do a survey of parents opinions on education in Ontario.

As said above it's a survey company calling new Ford owners for feedback on the dealership.

The survey takes about 1 minute so answer it and they'll stop calling.

Its a Ford Canada research company, call the number back youll hear it go through the menu than at the end it will give you the number for the do not call list. They hounded me for weeks untill I snapped called the number and got put on the do not call/ I have heard a lot of people who have purchased a ford in the past 3-5 years is getting hounded with this survey call.

It's a survey company calling on behalf of Ford for their automotive department to see how you like their service. You can call 1-800-864-8601 to be put on their do not call list. They hounded me for a week, then I called it back to see who it was. Hope this helps.

They call constantly and never leave a message. Probably a telemarketers calling machine trying to find out when you are home. They once they know you are usually home at a certain tine, the REAL calls will start happening.

Avoid answering these calls.

voluntary missed the call 'cause i dont know who it is. They call every evening this week.

It's OSAP (Ontario Student Loans), they left a message saying to call back and gave a 1-800 number (it was a generic recorded message, not an actual person who left the message).  They called a few times and when I answered it seemed like there was nobody on the line, that's because it came from a call center and the auto-dialer is like that; there's a really long pause before you hear somebody.
