Threatening and rude collection agent calling named Sylvie from Collect Com Credit. They are calling night and day and on weekends and it is not my phone number just a phone I had used to call them from.

Some ex-newspaper sales rep. named "marco polo" calls and claims he is the VP Fraud Prevention for CIBC......? I contacted Commerce Court in Toronto and told them I have no banking business with CIBC so what gives????
I believe that this is a "phishing scam" as the number that appears on your caller-id is false.

Some clown college drop out named Marco Polo keeps calling the house at 8:57pm and claims to be the Night Sanitation Engineer from CIBC at 750 Lawrence Ave. W in Toronto.....I usually interrupt his girlish threats by telling him I want a pastrami sandwich on rye with a frosty Coke on ice with a bit of lemon slice on it...pronto!!!

received a call from this number and just picked up the phone and did not say a thing.  You should be aware that collection agencies are required to have their agents registered.  ask for the name of the agency and the registration number of the individual and if they refuse to provide same, record the date and time that the call was received and file a complaint with the Ontario Government.

Got a call from an agent, refused to identify himself, called himself santa clause.  I recorded the whole thing after talking for many minutes he still refuesed to tell me what the call was about.  I am currently filing a complaint.
