They call me on my cell, than hang up.

call daily, same people as 905 499 4000. telemarketer for long distance plans. usually speak a different language (croatian)

I get the same call every week. They hang up on me when I pick up.

who knows how they got my cell number in ontario canada

I think that they go through yellow pages looking for serbian names and then call trying to sell phone services thinking we are more likely to go with serbian company.

Same number calls my work cell phone all the effin time but I can never get to my phone to answer it.  Last night I finally called the number back - some woman with an accent (I have no idea what nationality) answered. I asked her repeatedly to tell my why the hell she kept calling my number but she just said "OK OK" and since I was in a really nasty bad mood , I told her in no uncertain terms was she to call my number again.  6:30pm today the same number called and I actually picked it up and screamed "I thought I told you never to call this number again" and a man with the same accent said "OK, OK" and then I hung up on him.

Me too, every day at any time, morning, evening, nigth! Did you do anything, or it stopped ?

This number calls my cell phone, there is no one there when I answer the call.
