403 auction is a scam and rip off. All items I have purchased so far were defective or missing parts.
I have come across a report where someone saw the owner bidding on every thing.
Big scam - don't go - they sell garbage

I visited their auction twice and got few baggage from them both times. Why they are fraud because I did not found anything valueable in bags. In one of bag I got a old laptop, when I checked it I did not find a single personal file or picture or email or personal documents, it means they put just this old laptop so they get higher bids on it. I am surprised both times, I did not found any valueable thing in the bags.
I am suspiscous they take out valueable things from bag like jewelry, laptop, watches, etc and you can see in auction they do auction for these items as well.

So, my advice do not go to this auction.

have to agrre been taken twice there and will not go back   sell of lost baggage for high prices and end up with bags of clothes rental recievers that are useless and fake autogrphed jersey bobby orrs wasnt even close

beware of these guys the auctioneer goes from nothing to high price and you could be the only one bidding go and watch it happen

AVOID 403 AUCTION. MANY OF THEIR ITEMS ARE DEFECTIVE AND THE PRICE ALWAYS GO HIGH. DO YOU WONDER WHY IS LIKE THAT? LOOK FOR THE GUY THAT BID ON ALMOST EVERYTHING. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST THAT WORK WITH SHILL BIDDER, TO MAKE SURE THE PRICE GO AS HIGH AS POSSIBLE. AT THE END, YOU PAY HIGH PRICE FOR A DEFECTIVE ITEM. YOU CAN ONLY BLAME YOURSELF GOING TO THAT AUCTION.

403 Auction is the Worst auction! They auction off defective things and try to pass them as working. All of the items are fake and are sold as though they are original. For defective items, they leave off the description, state the full value of the item to get the most bids and strategically forget to mention that the product does not even work. If you buy it they blame it on you, saying it's not their fault that its not working. Other products are rentals, which they should mention beforehand but don't. Some things are sold as brand new but they also end up having missing items or parts. Bid carefully as this auction is a big fraud and just a scam.
