Some rude caller with a Middle Eastern descent.   Not sure what he wants, but very aggressive and he eventually hung up.   Seems like a telephone scam and looked up the phone number (see below) and it belongs to a condo unit.

Just got this number. I could hear people talking in the background like a customer service but no one left any direct message stating simply why are they are calling me .
