I contracted them distribute  flyers for my company. He disapeared next day!
His doing business as Andrew and the phone number is the same.

I have also been scammed by this company, I gave Andrew 500$ and my flyers have never gotten sent out. I haven't hard from him since. Has anyone started any court procedures or contacted the police? Too bad I saw these posts now, and not before I met this man... :(

Same company, same experience.  Contact me if you (haven't yet and) would like to collectively take these guys to court!  If you have already proceeded with some type of civil case, please brief me as to the status and/or outcome of that hearing.

Hello everyone...I am one of victim of above scam ..He took 5000 flyer and cheque since then I didn't get any update from these guys...His name was same Andrei. and he is not picking up the phone after he made a deal with me. By the way they are still using the same Phone in their advertisement which is 905-918-0280..Please contact me if anyone need some help to take these guys to court. I gave him 6000 flyers and a cheque in $405, He said will delivery 2000 at July 28, Friday and 4000 at Canada Post following week. Too bad I have trusted him before I read this Blog, in the meantime, i did call my bank to stop the cheque, which it has not been clear, but 6000 flyer worth $500+, and was expecting more business in the weekend, Police should catch this guy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Normally I do my research before using these small companies but because i was in a rush to get my flyers deilvered before the deadline of July 31, 2012, I took a chance with these guys. This guy called Andrei Bondarenco came and collected my 7000 flyers and collect a cheque (which he was able to cash the same day) -  but never delivered any of the flyers.

I am about to call the RCMP, report him to BBB(which seems to be useless) and also take them to court.  I know that he banks with Toronto Dominion Bank at 2453 Yonge Street.

They did the same thing with my company!! They came in and picked up 3,000 flyers and a chq! We never received one single phone call from anyone!! The company is a scam because when we distribute through Canada Post we always get at least a 4% call back!!! They are scam artists!!!!!!

Do what I did - check the e-mail addresses above and then google "free newsletters" or "free E-zines". Add their e-mail addresses to the lists. They will received hundreds if not THOUSANDS of junk e-mails. Once they get on any e-mails lists, their e-mail addresses will be sold over and over until they in-box is full and they can't receive any more.

This is a scam, fraudulent company. I hired them at makemebusy.com to deliver about 5000 flyers for my business. They took my money and we never heard from them again. Owner is Andrei Bondarenco, a real scam artist. Upon further investigation I have discoverd that they have been operating this scam for years. The address, telephone number, and company name keeps changing...but Andrei is always the owner. I have contacted the police, lodged complaints to BBB, and plan on taking him to court. This guy must be stopped

Andrei Bondarenko is the owner/scammer. I hired him to distribute postcards. He took my money and disappeared! I missed my campaigns date and am out of pocket for printing costs and for the fee I paid him.  We have called no less tham 10 times, sent emails, and now he has taken down his website make busy.com.  I have contacted the police and better business bureau.  Here is the telephone number that he gave me, the one that is printed on his business card. 416-786-8583

If you are fool enough to do business with this company they will take your money to deliver your flyers and then not do anything with them.

I just faxed back 100 copies of their own advertisement to their fax number.

What a bunch of turds!!

I am filing a 2nd complaint with the CRTC on these idiots today.  I have used their FAX number removal at least 3 times over the past few months which I guess they simply ignore.  I have been on the DO NOT CALL LIST now for over 30 days, so this complaint and the last one I filed should each cost them $1,500.  If everyone would do this, we could put them out of business.  It's time the law had some teeth in it!

Unsolicited fax of bad quality, advertising flyer services

This is a company called Direct Flyer Distribution. They will innundate you with faxes and when you call the number on the bottom of the fax to have your number removed as per the law, it is ALWAYS busy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I have recd faxes advertising movers, window installers, and flyers distributors. The fax showing the number 905-918-0280 was from the flyer distributor. All the faxes came in during the early evening. I now turn off my fax at 5pm and turn it back on at 8am next morning. I haven't recd one since! I also plan on talking to Bell Canada and the CRTC about this.

Now they are spam emailing.

I found when I opened their Word document it was for the company you mentioned but it also put spamware on my computer!

Do what I do, I call at night, then when the phone beeps to leave a message, put the phone down and let it have silence. I do this over and over till their machine fills up. Just make sure your number is blocked or use a pay phone. This way, no legitimate calls can go through.

I gogoled Direct Flyer Distribution and there is no information on them at all. I have received 10+ faxes in a row from these turds, so a complaint has been filed!!! Enjoy guys!!!

Received another fax (4th one)from these people. I called their removal number today (4th time) and it tells me..."I have been removed"!
CRTC here I come!

Same as above - I keep getting faxes and keep calling only to be told my fax number has been removed. If you call the number for more information no one ever answers! Whats the point of this fax???
