I totally agree with John Wegern, tell the collection agency to go f*** themselves, or better yet avoid them, that really pisses them off. The banks get a bailout when they get into trouble, paid for by us, when we are infact losing our jobs and houses due to the mess they intentionally created to make more profits.

Most of these collection agencies have actually purchased your debt from the debtor after they wrote it off and use gorrilia tactics to collect. In my experience they never take you to court. I had great credit and was very responsible early 2000. My whole life was turned upside down by the IT bust in the early 2000s and almost lost my house a short while after. I have had collection agencies after me since 2003/2004. Not one has take me to court. I have received many "lawyer/court" documents that were all fake. The Internet is a great place to look up the agency and find out all about them, their tactics and if you should be worried. 99% of the time you will find people who have received the same fake documents and you can rest at ease.

Most of my debts were a couple thousand, but one was about $13,000. I am actually working, and making a mint from, the bank that I defaulted on the $13,000 car loan, and they did a credit check before I started, go figure...

I keep getting these calls from a company claiming to be "The Nataly Law Offices".  I don't call them back, I let them fill my answering machine and then when it's full, I delete the messages!

NEVER pay a collection agent!  Collection Agencies are the biggest scam artists out there because they buy off debts for pennies on the dollar and if they can't collect, they sell them to another collection agency.  Some even sell the debt off to other collection agencies after collecting the payment and don't report the payment to the credit bureau!  All of this I've heard straight from a Bankruptcy Trustee.

Yes,Natale is a "law Office" ..More like a collection agency .Fax Them & tell them to stop calling you ..THERE FAX # IS .. 1-866-207-9149 ..They are legally bound to stop harrassing you,but they can still send you mail .. ( Garbage Can !! )

I received 4 messages from this company, saying law office- from Ontario.I don't know anyone from there let alone a Law Office. I received 25 calls asking for a person I never heard of, over a span of 5 days. I just deleted their messages,just another collector saying Law Office, what a scam! and illegal to represent themselves something your not.
No lawyer will ever call for a debt, there are courts.
Had no choice to change my cell phone number because of this. Now I wish them luck, to find that person. In Dubai, these guys/ gals wouldn't stand a chance,seems there are laws there and not here in Canada.
Next time I receive a call on my new cell phone number from a collector, they will hear a thing or two from me. That is because I really don't know the number wasn't used by another person who was on the collection list. Beware, Collectors this guy has reached his boiling point, with idiots.

We have been getting their messages for months and have laid a complaint with the DNC List (1866 580 3625) - suggest you do the same!
