Love the internet. Guy calling himself Kevin Peterson called me (shows "Blocked" as caller id) and tells me I've won 1 of 5 prizes. Same story as below. Line was very poor. I need to go to pick up the prize but can only bring spouse, no children. Got very defensive when I questioned that - why would I need to have a spouse but no children with me? I asked to speak to a manager and the call came through on 905 963 7365. As he was talking I was looking up the company/number on the internet and came across this page. SCAM. Stay away from this.

i got a call yesterday from this guys apparently i won, im one of the selected 50 lucky people and i have to come and fill up a form and draw a ballot. the same phone number 905-963-7365 but the company name is premier club. they told me to come in today to claim my price (a get away trip, big screen tv, 1000 gas card etc.)exactly the same thing, dont bring kids or anybody just me and the wife, asking me questions like if i made 50,000 a year, maried/common law, ages between 27-69...
i was about to go and i come across this site, thank you for this information...

same here,this guy Cris from GEO said that i filled a ballot paper.I denied,then he said maybe someone else did on my behalf. Gureenteed 1 ot of 5  grand prizes, just for promotions of company. conditions apply- One should be citizen, annual income more than 50,000, (dating, common-law or married), no children no guests allowed. As it is a couples giveaway i refused to go saying that my husband is out of country, he was pretty flexible to change my marital status to convince me come to the location at Burlington. He didn't know my name and my location. Then i visited this page & came to know that it's a scam.
What i am wondering is did anyone when to the location. if yes then what happened......??????

Same here! "Steve" says I won a chance to win 1 of 3: a Ford, a TV or a trip for 2 to wherever. He says my phone number was 1 of 50 randomly drawn # to win the prize. As i inquire more and more about the "company", there was hesitation in his voice.  He couldn't even tell me the "company website".  He just kept repeating and repeating the so called story that my phone# was randomly drawn and i won.
He gave me the "head office" address being 51 International Blvd M9W6H3 - 905-963-7365 & the  Richmondhill location is at 60 W. Wilmont St. Unit#1 L4B 1M6.

Got a call today from this number,  couldnt understand the guy.  Said he was from some company and I won a prize from 1800 ballots.   He asked if I was the owner of my number. The above information is all I could understand after asking him to repeat himself 4 times. If you're trying to sell me something, learn to speak english.  I knew it was a scam when he asked If I was the owner of my number.  Who in there right mind phones someone without knowing the their name.

I hung up on him after the 4 time.  He repeated to call back 5 more times and on the 5th time he left a message saying its Martin Whales (?) and left the 9059637365 with an extension of 156??? to call him back.  I had to listen to that message 6 times just to understand.

Pretty pathetic.

They called me saying I won 1 of 4 prizes. Scam. They say you have to come in with your spouse. I'm not even married. Also I asked what's my name on the ballot and he couldn't answer and the line dropped.

I got a call this morning, it seems like such a huge scam. The person on phone was some Steven with a weird Indian accent. He didn't know my name. And he is like you filled a coupon at some grocery store or shopping mall. And I was like, I have never filled out anything. Then he's like someone else might have. And I was like, I dont know anyone in Toronto... lol. But these guys just keep on talking.... and they sound so unconvincing and so stupid.
"Sir, you need to come to Mississauga with your girlfriend or wife to pick it up". Man, these people should be reported. I am pretty sure atleast 1 of 10 people they call might fall into their trap.

Just got a call from "Victor" from Premium club and I won a prize selected from thousands of ballots.  woot woot!  Now I know it's a scam.

I am new to the country & thought for a second that it could be true... since I do fill out some forms to get a visa or stuff like that I thought that is where they got my number from... I got a call from them but fortunately i missed it.  They left a message and already knew my name... which makes me curious because most other people who posted said they were asked their name.  They didnt leave an address... but I think a good solution would be to show up to the address they left to others and beat the f*** out of whoever is there.  I feel sorry for the poor souls who fall for this scam.

I got a call from John Clark, which I highly doubt was his real name. I was ona  business trip and thoguht it was an emergency at work when my blackberry rang, it turned out it was John calling at 6am on the west coast to tell me I filled out a ballot in a mall somewhetre aroun christmas time and I won a prize, I told him not to call my cell phone and hung up, he called right back and left me a voicemail, he was going so quick you could tell they were just churning out call after call. BIG TIME SCAMMERS!

He was calling from BRG. and asked me questions like age, marital status - I told him i was 50 and single and he told me that i have to come with boyfriend and it was for couples. Stupid - I shouted back at him and hung the call.

Received a call from Bruce at Sundream Holidays offering me one of four prizes. Asked two questions: relationship status (married, common-law or dating) and age (26-70). He mumbled most of his questions and talked like English was not his first language.

His response when asked where I signed up for this alleged ballot, "Oh, we are partnered with Price Chopper and No Frills and since there are 1200 stores over Ontario...it's hard to say." Intriguingly, my number was picked out of 1,200 ballots as well. By the end of the call, he said it was drawn from 50 ballots.

I was supposed to go to the 82 Nelson St. location in Oakville at a time he wanted to schedule.

these guys are full of s**t!!!  I just got the same call and when I was transfered I let them have it..... told them they sound like they are reading from a paper and if they could find my name on that paper.... they hung up real quick after that....didnt get as far as most of the comments I have been reading and thankful for that.

So I called the Phone Busters of Canada, this is a great scam, they get you to go to the centre and to sit through a presentation for a timeshare.

Here is how it works, They all have english names ( none are english )
Andrew
Jenny Dasousa
James etc...

They are local people, they are seperate from the company that provides the timeshares ( they are LEGIT and you cannot do anything ) they are just telemarketers.

I collect the information and harass them periodically.

Phone # 1 416-548-5982 , if you change the last digit you get another agent. Call the next agent ask for the same person that called you.

They always ask for the ext when you call back, just tell them you spoke to the supervisor ( James, or Andrew ) Tell them that you do not have the ext, or use one of the above extentions people have posted in the blog.

They block your # when you call back so then just call from a friends cell or something and let it ring then have fun. Put them on speaker and try to get them mad. They will stay on the phone the whole time, I like to play a game where we record the call then try to keep them on longer the next time. Call back with a different voice the next day!  Youtube the clips after under calls to telemarketers.


The best thing to do is to ask for
Andrew, James, Jenny Desousa, William Lee, John Mathew.

When you call in they ask you who were you speaking to? And what was your name? What is your code ( R-1575 ) there are many posted in this blog.

I like to use a generic name: Mohammed etc...
