PCA SECURITY called me.

YEP, THAT IS JUST WHAT I DID.  I AM THE DUMMIST A** FOR IT TOO.

YEA,  I WOULD LIKE THEM JUST TO CALL ME BACK.  I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH THEM FOR ABOUT 8 MONTHS OR MORE FOR A SIMPLE CAMERA UNDER WARRANTRY.  THEY ARE RUDE AND DON'T HAVE TIME TO TAKE CARE OF WARRANTY PROBLEMS.  THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM CHECKING MY CREDIT AND TAKING MY MONEY FOR A SYSTEM THAY SHOULD NOT HAVE COST AS MUCH AS IT DID.  DO SOME CHECKING BEFOR YOU BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.  THEY WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN THEY KNOW IT'S ME CALLING.

Answered the call, Got Suckered into PCA's Scam, paying for nothing, equipment quit working, monitoring stopped, will not answer phone, and stuck in a 5 yr lease. These MFrs are #ss Holes and we will meet someday, hopefully in a ??????? on ????? with a ????? stuck in the owners ?????.  Never buy from these Jokers.

You must be protecting your job or you have an agenda in promoting this company. Most of their customers are dissatisfied. Its obvious when a google search brings up twenty listings of complaints and I have only seen 2 positive comments out of hundreds. You do the math.

also check BBB.org they have a F Rating when I called BBB they said never do business with anyone who is rated C or below it is very hard to get below a B rating so F is a Complete Fail !

Also during the time I worked their they had cut paddle Locks out front and Andrew has been in jail for Theft many times ! They also will steal your Identity so don't give them your SS# at all !

These guys called to set up an appointment and the phone conversation went very well and I was interested in their product.  However, when Andrew(a so-called owner) and some kid fresh out of high school came stumbling into my office looking more like two bumbs rather than professional sales people I was a little surprised.  Basically, after I mentioned I couldn't make a decision in the next 20 minutes, Andrew says, "that's it!, we're out of here".  He also told me to "s*%# off" while walking out the door.  I feel this company is a scam and if they are for real, they likely will be going out of busines fairly soon, I hope! It was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had w/ a rep from another company.

The part I don't understand is that first part where you say "we are giving away giving away 100 security and/or camera systems to business owners and home owners in the area which i understand you are is that correct?" Isn't it illegal to say someting so false? They are not giving away any part of the camera systems. The camera systems are being sold. No if, and or buts. Tried to bring up this point wih Mike, my supervisor, and he said that it was explained later in the script. It's still an outright lie.

Sometimes phone calls go something like this ...

.. dial phone number ..

.. customer answers ..

Customer starts right away ...

"You already called us 6 times, I see you #$%@!ers on caller id, stop calling! I'm going to call the police!".

Well, some phone calls go that way. It's an interesting job, phone calls can go all kinds of crazy different directions. I try to have fun with it.

As far as - this is a scam? Hell, I don't know. I'm just a monkey in a cage (air conditioned cage though) with the hope I'll see a paycheck week after week. Paydays are a little wicked - lots of drama takes place when "big dogs" use "black mail" and stuff to get us drunk telemarketers to go to work.

Ya, telemarketing is all weird.

PCA Security? It is what it is - that's all I know. Never tried them, couldn't tell you one way or the other if it's good stuff or not. If it were me - I could go to Best Buy with 500 bucks and find all kinds of cool gadgets to build my own security system and then buy a dog and also a shotgun - stuff like that.

i'm a current employee at pca's call center and i say the pitch everyday for 9 hours calling like 1000 people a day i think its more of a scam for us employee's each saturday we hope and pray that our checks our their just so we can keep food in our stomach's its pretty lame and yeah the pitch goes like this.......

As i said we are giving these systems away. this is a system we normally sell for $1498.00. it comes with door switches/motion dector/keypad/panic alarms to the fire.ambulance.and police/and also auidible sirens, the whole works

Our seperate promotion is the camera survallence system which comes with one camera and a moniter. but your also have the ability to add more camera's inside our outside with night vision. we can also add a recording device that allows you to fast foward or rewind for up to 4 weeks along with download it to a cd or a memory stick. and also if you have internet you can view in live real time at your home or anywhere else and see whats going on at your location.

we also normally get 4 hundred dollars to install the security or camera system but this is also free on the promotion. the only thing that leaves you paying is the monthly monitering service. which your monitering is a lil bit over a dollar a day at 34 dollars a month. now also keep in mind you will recive a discount on your home owners or buisness owners insurence. now obviously i dont know what your insurence rate is but it normally leaves it about 24$ a month instead of the 34.

now all im trying to do is find a time that is convienent for you. it takes us about 10-12 mins. to show you our system. show you how it would layout in your home or buisness and also show you in writing that your only true cost is that monthly charge of 34$ a month.

Now.......i have a consaultant in your area tommarow from 7am-10pm

Did you price any other system?  These folks are making a huge profit on systems that sell for a lot less and are equal in value.

This Company will give you the same system as others for 20 to 30% less then anyone else in the security Bus... They have great service and there product is GREAT... VERY HAPPY...

I actually know alot aobut the company i worked there and if you work there you know its a scam as well as i do. ANDREW and MATT are scamers i feel bad for anyone i called because i did not realize at the time it was a scam.

well as i said we are giving these systems away it is a system we normally sell for just under 1500$ the security system comes with cameras motion detectors door switches  panic alarms to the fire and ambulence and police ,SIRENS the whole works

the only way to get them to stop calling is to say you are the owner and you want to be taken off the list or the calls will never stop.  I WORKED THERE. if you do not say you are the owner AND you want to be taken of the list they will not take you off .... let me explain how it works. theres about 12 people in my old office, ANTIGO WISCONSIN W9112 CHERRY RD.  REAL NUMBER ( 715 623 6300) just saying to stop calling DOES NOT WORK we are told to leave you on the list ..  so out of all the workers we are each given a list with about 30 phone numbers all from a certain city and state. if you dont answer, or you say your not intrested your name stays on their list and when they finish with the list it is given to the next person this is why the calls never stop. TO STOP THEM YOU MUST SAY TAKE ME OF THE LIST I AM THE OWNER.  PCA does not stand for  PEOPLE CARING FOR AMERICA that is what they tell us to say. If you ask us where we are located they say its a brand new office and they arent sure the exact location and will say its somewhere in your county. half the time if you do set an appointment they will not show up they pick a couple to show up for. or dont go to any at all .  ....

I just wanted to let you know that I do know all about this company! I know every manager and even the owners Andrew and Ron! This company is a FRICKEN JOKE! It seems to me that YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY! I know that when you call BUSSINESS and tell them that you just opened ANOTHER office in their area you big the next big city next to them! And since when did PCA stand for people caring for americans?? That is not true at all! It stands for PRISM COUNTRY AFFILIATES! Which is the name of a farm!! DUMB AS*!! This was written by a person that works for PCA Security! People need to ask them what PCA stands for and watch them stumble over their words! Or when they say that they are opening a office in your area ask them where and again watch them stumble over their words and I bet you that they say it's in the biggest city that is next to you!

Received a call from this number. Person was from pca security and was very pleasant and since then have taken them up on there security system. I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the product.  It was everything that they said it would be. Installation went very well.  Some people need to look past the telemarking at times to get a really good deal.
