Thank you very much for your comment back to me.  Today was one of those days that I really appreciated getting off the phone and coming home to a hot shower and staying off the phone.  You stated that you own your own business and I am guessing by your comments that you must be successful.  With our country's economy you must face hardships time to time and the worry of paying the bills.  My home to you is that you have a wonderful and blessed holiday season.  Thank you again for your comment.

Good for you for sticking up for yourself.  I know how hard it can be to cold call.  The fact that you are working and trying to do better for yourself is something to be proud of. To all the people that complain on these blogs about your calls know this.  In the Business world nothing gets done without B2B communications.  Unless you are a retail store you need to get your products and or services known to others.  The sadist thing is I bet that some of the secretaries and other people who complain of getting a few phone calls, could have just got off a sales call them self. As a business owner I know it is allot harder to get off a junk mail or junk fax list.  Those are a complete waste of natural resources.  In these hard times I wish you the best, and congratulate you for working and not trying to live off the government like others do.  Just so you know I'm sure allot of the people who you talk to on a daily basis have at one point in there life called on another business to try and sell them something.  Every job you take in a stepping stone for your future. Wow!  I felt that I was just given a kick in the a** from the above writer.  Apparently you are a employee that got let go because you were too busy wondering what was happening in the room and not producing appointments. Your right they do not do background checks but what they do is give a person a chance to have a job.  It sounds like you may be out of a job because you sound so bitter.  I could not describe the local jail to you.  I don't drink or smoke but the majority do smoke, nor do I partake in on street drugs.  I have never had anything stolen from me at PCA. I get paid fairly and usually make bonus.  I don't dress in good clothes, usually wear t shirts and I am glad because I have too many bills to go out and buy new clothes. If the person who had holes in his/her shoes bothered you maybe u could of been a good neighbor and went to goodwill and bought them a pair.  Don't judge their cicumstance until you walk in their shoes.  I don't care about my next fix, I care about my next utility bill or insurance costs.  I have been in an FIA office but used the services for under 90 days until I found a job. I am there to use PCA as a stepping stone until I get another job.  Well it just so happens though that I really like my job there.  Strange as it is, and as rough as it is to have the stigma of a telemarketer, I like it.  There are jobs I did not like to even get up in the morning to go to, I like going to PCA, right now it is a good "fix" for me. So for now on...I will continue to smile and dial. Peace out disgruntled one.

They were not so kind to me-I bought the system for close to 5000.00 with only 2 cameras-The persont that installed told me I needed 3/4-they wanted an additional 1,200. for a cmaera

You must have been one of there Telemarketers. I talked to one of there consultants for over 1 hour.  He was very knowledgeable and professional and actually suggested that I buy a less expensive system for my needs because there system was to much system for what I was trying to do.  I was very impressed with PAC.

You're right beyond words that the people who work for PCA Security would never land a job with your company.  I myself worked for one of their offices just last year. First off, if you do back ground checks or drug tests about 99% of the PCA people would be instantly disqualified. Among other things, many of these folks sell their blood weekly for extra money to buy booze, smokes, or drugs of all varieties. Most of them can describe the inside of their local county jail with explicit detail. They would steal money or prescription drugs out of your purse without one second of thought to the moral or legal aspects of their actions (assuming they didn't just steal the whole purse.) I, myself, am a paragon of corrupted morals, slanted ethics, and creative vice. I fit in very well. We dressed in ripped jeans and stained tee shirts. Some people had holes in their shoes. Many knew the experience of having their kids taken away. They all know about casual sex and talk about it with abandon. Christine, the words you, and others, have written about the poor relationship-building phone-skills PCA people use are a wasted effort; PCA employees care about their next fix, their next bottle of booze, their next appointment at the Social Services office. Your life of hard work and self exploration are as alien to them as a trusted friend or a committed partner; you might as well me speaking the language of an extraterrestrial.

Calls to my answering service are for my customers, not telemarketers. You cost me $$ every time you call. Stating you will continue to call until you get to the owner is harrassment, not sales. Your tactics, lack of respect and pitbull mentality speaks volumes about the company you represent. You'd never land a job with my company because I care about who represents it and our reputation.

Awwwwww come on secretaries, don't come on here being rude and whining as if someone peed in your cheerios this morning.  You do your job and we will do ours and we should get along just fine.  To the secretaries  receptionists and office managers know that we love you and honor you but just know we will keep calling you until u put us thru to the owner  Have a great week and hopefully we are calling ur county again so we can chat.

Don't these people know we're all sick and tired of dealing with them?  I understand they have a job to do, but NO MEANS NO, dammit!
