Company selling lower electric rates.  When you answer you get a computer solicitation asking you to hit "3" to speak to a salesperson.  Computer keeps calling and calling.  Make it go away!!!!!!!

Just next time answer and say the dumbest crap you possibly can like "I like puppies and chasing rainbows. I hope to catch a leprechaun one day so I can win the lottery. I like to go to the beach, Wanna hear me count to a THOUSAND?!?!? 1...2...3...4..." and they hung up and I neeeeeeeeeeeeever called me again!

It cant be too hard, right? judging from what I see were all assumed to be in nj by our area codes... 908-145-8854 called me but we know that call back doesnt go thru... any ideas how to stop the madness?

Actually got to the automated spam message.  Claims it is about lowering my PSE&G Bill for the upcoming winter...

Pressed "1" to speak to an agent. Woman answered, seemed to be a bit shocked like she had been sleeping or something. Said she was a representative for "ummmmmm PES&G and she was calling to lower my bill for the winter heating months. I went off on her because: 1) The company is PSE&G not PES&G 2) This is the 4th time I got this call bt I wasn't at work today so I was able to answer 3) I don;t even pay my heating in my energy bill, as thats provided by the apartment complex I rent from - and - 4. first thing she kept saying was hello hello hello" fifteen times, then kept asking for my bill account number. Bi*** you called me!!!! I then told her the value of her so called contribution to society and asked her if this was the only job she could get on her work release program & Hung up. OBVIOUS SCAM. THEY DONT LET UP AND YOU CANT EVEN RETURN THE CALLS TO PSYCHO DIAL THEM BACK.

What I don't get is how this scam hires the dumbet ppl who cant even keep up the ruse long enough to dupe someone. GET A REAL JOB!

It's one of those alternate electric companys. It's illegal for them to call. They've called my husbands cell phone 2x this week. If we find their name, we are going to file charges against them with the fcc and the state of NJ

I get two calls a day from this number for a week now, I never answer and don't understand why they call when I am on the do not call list, does no one police it

I received this call 2 days in a row. It rings 2 or 3 times & then hangs up. no message.

I have a similar situation. Some people get a 'Missed call' (I guess it rings only once) from this number.
When they call back, I get call saying "I missed your call...who are you". Now, my number is similar to this number but when am I getting the return calls. Everyday, I get atleast 3-4 calls.

Get calls on my cell from this number several times a week.  Hangup after 4 rings...no msg.

They called last night and did not know how to leave a message.  Called again today while I was in a meeting, again no message.

Will call the Board of Public Utilities later.

I am getting several calls daily and have been for weeks on my cell phone from this number stating that my electric service is being discontinued.  The calls come all hours day and night.  It is a recording so I cannot even ask them to stop calling.  It is obnoxious and invasive and I would like to know what legal action I can pursue for this enormous invasion of privacy.

It is annoying!  They keep calling but never leave a msg and I have listed both home and cell #'s on the Do Not Call List.

Will call several times one after the other in an attempt to get through. Very annoying! Am on the Do Not Call list.

SCAM COMPANY...phone number calls me every single day.  never leaves a message, but if i answer there's a recording about a credit card or something, which i have none of.  wish i could figure out how to make it stop!!

I am frustrated to get these endless calls from telemarketes of electric company. Most of the times it is recorded message.

Keep getting phone calls from this number, atleast twice a day now. I don't ever answer calls that I don't know who it is. I let it go to voicemail.  Well they don't leave voicemail.  Not sure who this is.  Not sure I want to spend the time calling it back or picking up when they do call. I just ignore the call. Im on the do not call list, guess it doen't help much!
