Call came to my wife's cell phone. Of course no message as this is surely a scam.  These are calls made by a machine probably designed to see if it is a "live" number to sell to other scammers. Machines don't care much about the Do Not Call List.  Only the honest abide by the law.  Authorities can't trace these kinds of calls because the ID is "spoofed", i.e. the caller can put any number in to show up but it is NOT the number from which the call is made.

Received calls from this number too many times. My answer machine answerers, no message left.  I'm a senior and these calls are very annoying to me.

I've' gotten this call twice now in the pst 3 days. I'm going to block them now with google voice.
You can block callers where if they call again they receive a standard "this phone is not in service" message or something you record yourself. G-voice does all sorts of great things and it allowed me to ditch my landline while keeping my existing home number. The only downside is there is some work involved in getting it done. It's worth the $30.00 a month in savings regardless.

Received 2 calls in the last few days, plus several others from a related number (9081689616)  

Finally answered it to see what kind of scam they were.  It was a robocall for a utility switch.   Hung up.

How do I make this nonsense stop, call and leave no message, why bother...??
Fake Alarm installation..??

Received call today.  No message was left and I don't know anyone at that exchange.  I'm on the do not call registry, why ami suddenly getting all sorts of sales (or scam) calls.?
