I don't have to prove anything to a complete stranger either, especially when they have zero command of the English language. Someone from this number called yesterday with an incomprehensible message and later called six times during an absolutely crucial phone call, leaving no message. They called again this morning. I called back immediately, and the woman who answered the phone couldn't determine who called.
If you have successfully received competent professional services from this organization, hey, three cheers for you.

They called BOTH my numbers non-stop this morning, but would not leave a message. Irritating. And after looking at these posts, I will continue to ignore them.

Looks like this is a "real" recruiting firm owned by people from India.  I've worked for an Indian company and, unfortunately, they do business in the US in rather strange and unethical ways.  If you're going to deal with them make sure you know your employment rights inside and out, or hire an attorney before accepting any job offer.  I did both, and it was still most horrific experience of my life.

I received a voice mail from Dave.  He claimed he has a job opportunity. I could barely hear him, he was speaking very softly. This sounds like a scam to me.

Just received TWO calls - the first one was a female Indian woman from "ASK Staffing" ( +678-317-2819)her accent was very strong offering me a job with AT&T in Fort Lauderdale.  When I asked her if there was a number I could call her back on she said she would send me an email.  Within seconds I received the email with her information and the job description.  I looked up the ASK Staffing online and the numbers are TOTALLY DIFFERENT than what is on her email.  A few minutes later I received a second phone call, this time from New Jersey 1-908-279-8899 this time a man stating he was calling from "Radiant" something - he was speaking very low and with an Indian accent - also offering me an Administrative position with AT&T in "Lauderdale" - I had to ask him several times to speak up because he was speaking in such a low tone as if he was trying to hide the call.  I looked up Radiant Systems online after receiveing an email from this man "Sandeep Mitapally" The woman I spoke to at Radiant Systems says she has been working there for many years and that they oursource their recriuters.  However she did NOT have this man on her roster of recruiters nor was she aware of his extension of 524.  She said she would talk to the supervisor Anooj that oversees the AT& T account to see if their is a man named Sandeep Mitapally working as a recruiter.  I called the guy who called me back and told him that Radiant Systems is not aware of his employment with them - his response was "Yes it is a administrative support position with AT&T".  I said that is not what I just told you - I told you I spoke with Radiant systems and they are NOT aware of you working with them.       The number to Radiant Systems is different than what is on the emial I received.  The TRUE number is:  1-908-668-1080   Ms. LoPrete her email is: Eloprete@radiants.com                          BEWARE OF THESE SCAMS

I spoke with Ellen LoPrete from Radiant Systems and informed her about a "recruiter" with a different number, she asked for the extension and I told her 524.  She said she did NOT have that extension on her roster of employees.  I forwarded her the email so she could look into in.  She said her manager for the AT& T account would be called also.  So, yes Radiant Systems is a legitimate company but whoever called you may not be legitimate and just using their information as a cover.

Actually, it's not a fraud. I thought the same thing when they called me with a potential job offer. I was very suspect to  the questions and the accent as well. I refused to give me DOB and SSN, but did send them an updated resume and my salary requirements. About two weeks later the guy calls me back and sets up a face to face interview with the company he was recruiting for. I interviewed and had one more phone screen and about three days later I was hired. That same initial day I received four calls from other recruiters about the same job. I thought for sure it was a scam, but three months later I am at the company and loving it.

I received a voicemail from a Mohammed regarding my resume. I researched the company and found it was a legitimate company based in New Jersey. I replied to the email advising I would call him the next afternoon.

Mohammed called me. We spoke about a job I submitted my resume to on Monster that he had posted. I did not know the job was posted by Radiant.

Mohammed, although slightly difficult to understand, was very professional. He answered all my questions and was very informative about how the process would flow.

I gave him the information needed to submit my resume. Hung up and then I became suspicious again.

I looked Radiant up on the Better Business Bureau website (Yea, I should have done that first).  They have an A+ rating.

Although this just happened today (02/12/14) and obviously I don?t know the outcome of my resume submission, if you?re looking for work I would give them consideration.

I received a call from this number on a Friday afternoon, the caller stated he was looking to fill a position with FNB.  I listed to his script (very heavy Middle Eastern accent) with interest until he requested the last digits of my SS#.  Since this was not an organization that I intiated contact with I advised I was not going to provide them with any of my personal information, I asked what was the purpose of requesting my social he stated they needed it to secure the position between their agency and the end employer (so that if another agency offered me the same position they would have first rights to assigning the position).  I offered to give a generic 4 digit number he rambled something that I did not understand so I disconnected the call. Less than 5 minutes later he called back stating that his Supervisor said he needed the last four of the Social, I then told him that I was not interested in placement with his organization and to remove my contact info from their database.  TODAY, I get another call from this company and an email from Santosh Kolluri.

Radiant Systems, Inc. if you are reading this....PLEASE REMOVE MY CONTACT INFORMATION FROM YOUR DATABASE.

This is an offshore recruiting company.  Basically they sit in India and recruit for positions available in US companies, using VOIP phone numbers that make it appear they are in NJ.  It's legitimate and very common.

Most companies now utilize web recruiting websites for candidates (like candidate facingTaleo, kenexa) and vendor management system that posts open labor positions (and other open to RFP projects).  So recruiting companies sign up for notification/access and when positions are posted they scour job boards (Monster, Careerbuilder, Dice, etc) to come up with candidates to contact then submit for these positions.  Generally they use key word searches when looking up candidates on job boards, which is why if you get an email from a recruiter (the worst ones are the India based ones) the job sometimes doesn't fit your skills or professional level.

Anyhoo, this Radient blah, blah, blah emailed and called me.  With an introductory line in the email, I kid you not, that started out with: "Greetings from Radiant Systems. I have a job role for you from my precious client ? NBCUniversal."

Now I feel like I've been transported into The Hobbit and Gollum is a recruiter?

Thanks for the heads up guys, I've had 2 different people from the same company, as well as a different company recruit me for the same position today.  I've blocked all the numbers, unfortunately, I may off talked to one and sent my resume/info, nothing too personal like SSN# to one.  I will look at my credit report in the next month.

Radiant Systems is a real company.  They make Point of Sale systems for retailers, for processing debit and credit cards.  I received a call and email, sent a resume.  They called me back, asked for my SSN and date of birth.  When I asked rate of pay, they asked what I would accept.  I mentioned a figure and they accepted.  I refused to give my SSN and DOB over the phone, I said I would do so only in a personal interview.  He said he would email me and hung up.

I just got this same call today from a recruiter who was Indian and asked me all of the same info as the folks above. Said it was for John Deere, that he worked for Radiant, asked how much would I like to make, then offered better, asked for month and day of birthdate which I gave him and then he asked for the last 4 digits of SSN and right then a red light went off in my head (thank God)! Told him I would just call him back because I didn't feel comfortable giving him that info even though he tried and tried to get it from me and assured me it was just to track the application process online. Glad I didn't give him my SSN and did some research.

I received a missed call from this numer and when I checked my VM I noticed there was no message.  I decided to call the number the person who answered hardly speak English he took my name and phone number and said someone will call me back and he did Amer x377. The caller wanted my date of birth which I told him that I was not comfortable giving that information so he emailed me to send it to him.  I think job seekers should be concerned of identity theft.  Sadly, there are people who are willing to exploit others. Do not be comfortable with giving out your personal information.

I've been called by Radiants a number of times over the past year or so, usually for John Deere jobs. And when Radiants calls, so do a number of others, all for the same position, from different states, but with varying pay scales. All the callers have been Indian (with one exception, that of a woman calling from Illinois). I've never been asked for my SSN.

My theory is that most are calling from India via phone exchanges in the US. The companies themselves may be legit, but anyone asking for a SSN is taking advantage of his position and hoping to pocket some extra change.

If you want to get them off your back, just tell them that you already applied for the same job through another agency that contacted you first. They hate that, and the calls and emails will stop.

I once received a call from a similar company and was told that it paid $15 an hour with no benefits. I mentioned that I had just received an email for the same job from someone else offering $28 an hour WITH benefits and they counter-offered with $20 an hour plus benefits. Bizarre.

In any event, after being offered a dozen different positions over a couple year's time, none ever panned out, so I don't waste my time anymore.

This scamming  #?*! is starting to get old.

You should call them back!!! They are legit.  They got me a 13 month assignment at the corporate office here in Dallas at AT&T.  I did all my testing, computer and drug testing.  They send you a list of the places to get your test and you pick the one most convenient to you.  You want to work ------ call them back.  Yes, they are kind of hard to understand but my experience with Radiant Systems was great, absolutely great.  They never missed a check and answered any questions I had.
