I too got the same call intended for a previous owner of a business that had my telephone number.  I found out from several collections calls that this is from: http://www.yellowpageslocal.us/ Do not ever get to the next round of getting a confirmation code with the call being recorded if you don't want to be charged.   Hang up.

They called, wanting me to update our business's yellow page listing.  Promised not to bill us unless the owners decide to upgrade beyond the free listing.  The guy said hi name was Ivan, but sounded middle-eastern. I'm just waiting to see if there is a $39.95 monthly charge on the bill.

I get them too.  Answer,  no one is there.  My guess is that it is switching over to an overseas somewhere.

Just got a call from this number.  Very poor english if you can even call it that.  Wanted me to update my free business listing.  Asked to be removed and was hung up on.

Just got the same call. I answered and they hung up. I would love to know what they get out of doing this, since this seems to be a practice used by a few others as well.

Constantly calling every two hours.  I pick up the phone they hang up.  I tell them i am not interested, they hang up. I try  to call them back and the number is not in working order.  Who the heck is it?  This has become quite annoying and how this world has changed with so many scam artists!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
