Got a call from this number asked to speak to a member of my home, when I ask who was calling the call was disconnected.

Just had a call from this number, somone who was asking for a person I've never heard of/met. I told them it was the wrong number. They were very polite, apologized, and then hung up. We'll see if I hear back from them again...

This number has begun recently showing up on my phone.  The only time I spoke to someone they asked whether I had inquired about further education or attending college classes.  I told them I had not and they hung up.  They have called again however, not responded to me when I answered.  I have taken a cue from this website previously with another annoying caller and loud and long WHISTLED.  No more calls.  I high recommend this method.
