Calls everyday, never leaves a message

Got a call from this number also!! Was an auto warranty scam just like the rest of you! The guy on the phone told me his company name was Liberty Protection Group after having to dig it out of him by pretending I was going to buy a warranty from him.

Got a call just yesterday from this number, were selling auto warranties, they said their company name was Libery Auto Protection or Liberty Protection Group. Didn't buy but sounded like scam.

They persistenly call me to offer me extended warranty; the even seem to know my vehicle type, yet they disregard that I have told them to stop calling me because I have an extended warranty and that I am not interested in their service.  I have told them that I am on a Do Not Call List, but they laugh and state "Who Cares?"  I swear that the caller that I have been getting is the same caller for several differnet phone numbers, because he laughs every time that someone picks up the phone and even calls the house as late as 10:30PM EST.  This is harassment now.  I am suspicioous that this phone number is tied in with several other phone numbers, and that it bounces off others to disguise what they are doing; it is awful!

Message left on my answering machine was for an auto warranty. The message said mine was set to expire. I think not. I recently bought a new car, so I'm still covered. Makes one wonder if the DMV sells customer info.

A call from 908 583 1754 came in at 8:03 Sat a.m. and woke me up.  I'm mad!!!!

Scam about car warranty. I think it's the same scammers as "Rachel from Card Services".  They just want my personal info. and social security number, credit card number...

My car warranty expired. No sh)t Sherlock. Vehicle is 14 years old.

Called twice. I am on DNC list. Never asked them to call.

This a deep rooted scam that involves many people and car dealerships to start.  Salesmen , administrators, marketing companies etal are all involved.  They get kick backs from the unwary victims of their scams.  All major car dealers are involved directly or indirectly.  Computer systems have been hacked and personal information collected. Much like the NSA.  There is neither resources nor political will to stop these telemarketing scams. For instance, I recently called to get a oil change on my truck, I was rerouted two times, after I made my appointment I was called by two different entities. Auto Nation, and a number from Cummings Georgia. The originator of these calls come from N.Y State. The do not call registry is useless, this an FTC issue. If you do file a complaint with the FTC you may be opening up a 'new can of worms'.  As I feel their system too has been compromised. Here's my best advice, turn off your answering machine, do not answer calls where their origin is some where you are not familiar with, and do not call back the number.  Anything else is pointless.  The system is broken. Period.

Just received ANOTHER call...they call more then my son- asking for money - lol NOTE: NEVER return a call to ANY of these scam artists...once you have called them...you have made the contact and they can sell your number and you will be flooded with calls.  They have every right to call you if you contacted them!

Repeatedly shows on caller ID and I am on the do not solicit list. Today I answered and they tried to sell me warranty insurance which I already have with Lexus. Before I could finish my objection she rudely slammed the phone down. I reported a complaint to the state and I am sure a letter will be sent.. Prior similar past complaints were handled in this manner. They even sent a copy of the letter received in response.

Calls daily...no message left

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO sick of these calls.  Please leave me the Hell alone.  If I want something I will call and get it myself.  This phone number calls and never leaves a message.  SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO tired of this crap. I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST.

Got a call today asking if I still own my car, which I do. He knew the Make/model/year. Creepy.

Have received continuously annoying phone call from this number almost on a daily basis, but no one is ever on the calling end.  Many times the phone rings, and when it is answered the caller hangs up...obviously automated calls.  Scams like this should be investigated by the phone company after so many complaints, and charges should be filed to either lock them up or heavily fined!!  SOMEONE is paying for this phone number, so it should not be a problem to determine the rightful owner of this number!

HAVE CALLED 3 TIMES THE LAST 2 DAYS. JUST SAYS:AUTO SALES ON THE CALLER IDON THE CALLER ID. NO MESSAGE.

Caller ID "Auto Sales" did not answer and they did not leave a message. Another new one to block.

Don't know this number from Linden, NJ.  Did not answer!!!

caller ID reads "Auto Sales" - called here today - now blocked. the other number mentioned (847-592-8839) was already blocked on my system. I may create a catchall entry to block any number that says "Auto Sales"

Scam auto warranty call.

Trying to sell you an auto warranty package that is over-priced by these telemarketing baboons.    Who would EVER think of doing business with a company that calls from a number that when called back comes up as disconnected or no-longer in service??

Just another in a long line of warranty scams....
