His ministry is probably registered as a charity.  Charities, even annoying fake charities, are not required to follow the Do Not Call List law.

Manasseh Jordan should be shut down by the FCC so why haven't they taken action. I have blocked him at 6 different numbers and now a 7th. He tries to frighten people into support and donations for his ministry. Does he think this will get donations from people who keep blocking his number so obviously are not interested. This clearly constitutes pure and simple harassment!

this preacher calls in a sgtean voice from like a Christian based scam company im only 13 years old and it scares me horribly I just want then to stop callling

This telephone number calls me several times per week.  I never pick up so a message is left on my voice mail,  A man with an  Indian sounding voice starts out, "God Bless You and goes on from there,  Same recording for each message.  I think caller is a scammer of some sort trying to find out if our phones are turned on for what ever reason.  Not up on technology but our phones are like mini computers and these scammers seem to be able to do a lot with computers and spyware.

Same happened to me.  He is trying to appeal to the weak and gullible.  It looks like he uses intimidation and pressure tactics in order to solicit money.  What a scammer and a harasser!

We have filed a complaint against this spammer with the Federal Trade Commission and the NJ better Business Bureau as well as NJ Division of Consumer Affairs.

for all of you blocking all those crazy numbers, back i the day there was an app made for the iphone that would show up any number you wanted on the persons phone you were calling, these ppl are using that app the reason i say this is when i listen to my voice mail i have an option to press 5 and hear when the message was sent and what number left it ALL voice mails say number 9088624864 however the call on my phone missed call list shows 9086600067 so try blocking the 9088624864 it just might stop the annoying calls

it is spelled Winsor Temps (with only one i) however their so called business they are running says they are heating contractors thats at least what they told the state so they are for sure liars just a matter of time before our personal info it used to their advantage

It listed the President/CEO as George Cassotis, with six employees.  There are several  numbers used 1) 908-862-4864 2) 908-862-0367 and others.  Verizon is the carrier. ) Harrassed you had the right idea enough ppl complain it will stop! i know i need it to i have 4 children and my daughter answered the phone they terrified her she is only 6 and was sooo scared!!!

I called this number & you get a sudo preacher espousing fire & brimstone for about 10 min. Then they transfer you to a call center where for $40.20 you can order a special oil he made himself from a heavenly recipe given to him personally from God.  Supposedly it will cure everything that ails you and the rest of the world. I got something I'd like to oil up & stick a broomstick in & if that false prophet will bend over I'll ram it home

The calls come in daily. I can't take it anymore! I tried calling back to ask them to stop, but I just got a recording. The voice and message make me cringe and I just want to scream. At first I just ignored it but seriously, every f'n day.

Someone have to tell me how to stop it though... I've blocked almost 10 numbers already (then I got a replacement, so I can start it from the beginning)... It is really annoying that I can't do anything against it. I called back and left voicemails in the beginning to take me off their list but I just got more and more calls.

I've been getting this man calling me for months also. He changes the numbers if you warned to call the police.  He leaves very demonic and satanic messages. He is really creepy. Blocking him does not stop the calls. I did trace his number to Verizon, Linden NJ.
