Called me and no one was on the other line when I answered it.

Yep, good ole consumers!  I am so very tired of their calls.  They are calling from a collection agency,
for a bill of $21.58.  Give me a break...that bill is from two months ago, have not had the money to pay it.
Senior 62, on fixed SSI income of $800 a month.  They can suck wind until I get some extra money!

It's from NCO Financial regarding Consumer Powers utility company.  They call all the time, it's 10am and they have already called me twice.  They don't leave messages because if they do they can't call back anymore that day.  I had every intention of paying the bill until my husband lost his job very unexpectedly.

Got two calls so far from this number.  I have no idea who they are, they leave no message.  And I don't know anyone that lives in California.  And how did they get my cell phone number.
