A guy call me saying i need to call back this number 909-255-0438 so I can discuss the debt I have with them
I believe it's fake!!!

These people have been contacting my Husband's Grandmother, multiple times daily, via her land-line. He has never lived with her, never used her number for any purpose throughout his life. They are telling HER that he has a pending case and the case number is 6547. Legally, this information cannot be given out over the phone, and if he really did have a case pending, why would they be calling his grandmother? Why would he not be receiving certified documents in the mail? I have googled FSM and his case number and can't find anything legit. I really believe this is just a ridiculous debt collection agency tactic, or some sort of scam, but it is scaring the life out of his poor grandmother, because they are telling her my husband is being sued for something. 909-255-0438 is the number, and anytime we call it back, day or night, it goes straight to the voicemail system of Jessica Ramos and she never calls us back, but instead the John Turner guy just calls his grandmother a couple times a day.

this is a prank caller; John Turner, gave info of someone elses issues. Don't know the company nor the individual who he claimed I was. Very rude for a professional.

This company is a joke.  You can not leave any of that information on a voicemail per FDCA.  It's a illegal act they are doing.  It's funny that agencies allow this tactic and wonder why such small businesses close down so quickly.  It's a payday loan illegal in ALOT of states.  Check your state laws or hell check your county courts if you have a pending claim to appear they would have it listed.  Dumb tactics.  tsk tsk...

They are debt collectors.  We have to pay our bills people!  Help the economy grow!

Correction: This was not a scam call It was from a collection agency that called me in error.

Said I had a court case pending,which I don't and they gave me a case #.The guy's name who called was John Turner. When I called the # I got the voice mail of Jessica Ramos. She did not pick up.
